Caffe Amici is a favourite among the LSE students across the road, who pile over to take advantage of the great value lunches to be had here. You can grab a sandwich or go for a pasta dish or something made to order. Busy at lunch and after 5, for the rest of the day you're likely to get a seat.

The coffee is good and the staff are friendly. A good place to know and definitely better value than the big chain sandwich places.

Amici is a small cafe near LSE run by Italians. The cafe is normally fully packed during lunch hours, however if you visit the place before or after peak lunch hours you will get a place to sit easily.
I wouldn't say the restaurant has exceptional pastas, but they definitely serve you something similar to what you would get in an Italian household. The service is good, the staff is very polite.

Awesome place for a cheap (~ £6) but quality meal. They have everything from English breakfast and omelets to pasta and salads. Each meal comes with a voluminous drink. The cafe itself can be extremely crowded during peak hours in the afternoon, so I would recommend coming after 2 PM if you are looking for a relaxing environment.

Delicious sandwiches, warm & passionate owners, perfectly-priced for the (LSE) student on a budget! Loved it, definitely recommend, and will be back!!!

Great place for good quality Pasta, Jacket potatoes and omelettes at reasonable prices. Nice staff too.
