Prezzo South Woodford

Good food as is always the way with Prezzo, in a location slightly out of the norm. The downstairs is formed out of the old wine cellar, adding a nice layer of intimacy to your evening that other branches of this restaurant do not offer. Parking here can be tight, so be prepared to have to search for a space at peak times. Worth looking for a deal online to grab yourself a free drink or money off your meal.

This is the second tome I have used this restaurant. It is situated in an impressive building on the High Road at South Woodford. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of parking facilities.Inside the restaurant it is sharp contemporary lines. Try and eat downstairs as the arched roof (cellar like) makes for a great atmosphere. The food is excellent the usual Prezzo Italian style, well presented and the service as one would expect friendly and business like. We had our 18 month grandson and did not feel marginalised bit welcomed and there were other children there so the place is family friendly. The menu is well priced and provides a diverse Italian choice. Can highly recommend it.

Lovely atmosphere for a big dinner party or dinner for two. The manager is very attentive and visible which was nice. One of our waiters was a bit abrupt, but overall it was a good experience. Baby friendly. Highly recommend the risotto and pizza options. Personally I didn't enjoy the Gorgonzola penne. I would go back again!

Just enjoying another lovely meal at Prezzo South Woodford. The staff are really friendly, especially the manager Titch and his colleague Ben who we met last time. It had been a while since our last visit but they still remembered us and were very welcoming. Food was great. Lovely starters, tasty mains and indulgant desserts. The citrus cooler was also refreshing and flavoursome. Loved the breaded mozerella starter, goats cheese pizza and sticky toffee pudding in particular. Venue remains a nice, clean, modern, well designed place where it is a pleasure to eat. Could not fault the service in any way. Thank you to the whole team. We had a great experience and hope to return soon!

Most prezzo's don't have much about them but this one is an exception. Set back off the high road through some gardens in a lovely old style building. The menu is the same as every other Prezzo but the setting makes it somewhat more enjoyable. Always good for a voucher/special offer and the staff are pleasant.
