The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way . The only down side was noisy building work going on outside our room we were right next to the scaffolding and the drilling . My grandaughter complained as the drilling went on till after 5 . The staff offered to move us to another room but we had all started getting ready at this point so that was not an option . They surprised us with a nice supper of cheese buscuits and dip left in our room and much appreciated after drowning in the crowd on way back from Adele concert . Everything else perfect the staff ,bar ,eating and spa facilities very comfortable stay .
Really enjoyed our stay here last night, lovely refurbished room (we were the first people to stay in it) use of the executive lounge was a nice surprise with complementary food and drink. The fitness suite has state of the art equipment and a fab swimming pool. We were made aware of the building works on check in but it didn't affect our stay at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Crumbs. What an unexpected marvellous hotel. Yes, there's a bit of noise temporarily, but the refurbed rooms are amazing. But it's the staff who are wonderful. Going the extra mile and they have a genuine kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel without any doubt. First class.

Great reception from all staff across all departments. The room was really well presented and comfortable above our expectation. Location is ideal for day trips into the city as just outside congestion zone but only 5 minutes walk from tube station. We will visit again..

We especially enjoyed swimming pool and gym facilities.
Stayed here at the weekend from the moment we set foot into the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful the room was outstanding plus the food was excellent.

My first visit here with my grandsons who are staying in a hotel for the first time ever! What a fabulous hotel, the room is amazing, the staff so accommodating and the boys were sent up complimentary juice and waffles with a card telling them to enjoy their first ever stay! Will definitely be back.
Wow! They are renovating, and we stayed in one of the renovated rooms. Beautiful! Comfortable! Serene and quiet. Exceptional service from helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Buffet breakfast, lots of cold and hot food to choose, no time limit watcher, we were there for over 2 hours, decent coffee.
Eggs are cooked per order, can be a long wait.

As the reviews suggest, this branch has always been hit and miss. I dined here yesterday and it was more positive. Service has definitely improved. Very good. All staff were friendly, attentive and nice. They were also really on the ball with allergies. I was asked a few times so at least they take it seriously. Nice menu of pasta, salads, pizza, desserts and more. They also offer breakfast earlier in the day. I had the beef ragu pappardelle which was braised beef slow cooked in red wine, black olives and herbs. This was served with pappardelle pasta. It came out really quick so I am not convinced on how freshly made it was. Tasted nice but not amazing. Some of the cuts of beef were fatty. Hearty pasta dish. I don't believe the calories displayed on the menu were correct. The lemon sorbet served with a Lingue di Gatto biscuit was badly presented and thrown into a plate. Almost as if I was at home! I could have done a better job myself. The sorbet was nice and refreshing in the heat. They give three scoops. Nice restaurant. Very big but tables are nicely spaced so it never feels crowded. Lovely in the evening especially with the dim lighting. Always busy given the location in the hotel. Many non-guests tend to dine here too. Generally good but always very hit and miss!

Went for dinner at the Marriott at the recommendation of a friend. It’s definitely a popular place, it was super busy. So much so that our food took a long time to arrive. It was clear that they were not organized enough to handle the influx of customers that evening. However, the service and the food were amazing and that made up for it. And I must tip my cap to Anna our waitress. She was apparently “in training” but you’d never know it. She was twirling from table to table like an acrobat, keeping a smile on everyone’s face, despite the rush. I almost felt bad ordering another wine, as she looked like she needed one more than I did! She was super helpful and recommended an amazing dessert that we were still humming about the next day. Definitely will come back.
Great service and atmosphere. They do birthday celebrations too. Our server Anna from Prague was amazing she was the only one on the floor and gave us great service 10/10👌 Good food too
My mum and I had lunch, for her 87th Birthday. Pasta Carbonara is her favourite, and I had the beetroot pizza. They were both delicious. The Chef kindly gave us a piece of cake with a candle and the staff sang her Happy Birthday. We had a lovely time. The food and service were excellent.
This Carluccio offers hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, and a great experience. Staff friendly and professional, specially Annalisa who took great care of our group. We loved the decorations for Valentines day! Recommended if you want some peace and tranquillity for your special events and fine dining.
Came here the other night with my boyfriend. The service was the best part - Italian lady who seemed to be the manager was so friendly, welcoming and funny. She made the experience feel authentic!
