Fantastic evening, staff very helpful when ordering our meal. Drinks were a delight too. The atmosphere was relaxed, not rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy each course. I know there's mixed views on here, but I would heighly recommend going. I don't think you be disappointed. It's not reasonable prices but you get what you pay for. Worth every penny 5*

Overall it’s a great restaurant, the whole ambience, decoration and music makes it a very unique experience. Plates where served properly, the food was beyond expectations, and the cocktails were very nice. A little bit pricy, but it’s worth it if you want to try something posh and daring for a night out.

Have wanted to go to a Buddha Bar for years as I've always been into the music. My other half surprised me for my birthday and took me here for a meal last night. I loved it! The music was great, the food was amazing and the lighting and ambiance was spot on. Drinks were expensive but I guess it is London... Had a rowdy group next to us when we're trying to eat our dinner, which was off putting and a shame but still loved the venue and would love to go back at some point!

Went to Buddha Bar for a dinner and some cocktails. Great service and good food. If you like Asian food - it's a great quality. Been served by David, who was very lovely and attentive. All food came quick and we were constantly looked after throughout the evening. Would highly recommend and definitely will return back.

We came for the Sushi and Sake masterclass this weekend and were blown away with the afternoon we had. The sommelier and sushi chef made the experience along with the incredible quality of food and drink served to us. Excellent fun, we'd highly recommend! We'll be back!

Wonderful meal. Beautifully presented. Rack of lamb was a little over cooked at medium. We had originally requested medium rare but ordered medium based on our server's advice.

Fantastic evening, we turned up without a reservation and was not disappointed, the staff couldn't of been more accommodating, we decided to sit at the bar and order some cocktails, which then turned into food, followed by more cocktails. The bar man was incredibly friendly which helped us enjoy or evening just sat at the bar all night :-) we will be returning. The food was absolutely spot on!

Never disappointed when it comes to this place! My regular orders are: the crab salad, popcorn prawns. Sushi: ask for something with mango (always forget the name), volcano! Literally no one would be disappointed by these four dishes!

The service at this restaurant is really exceptional and efficient which was one of my highlights of the night. Moreover the menu itself is mouth watering and there is so much to choose from. The Rock Shrimp absolutely floats my boat. I 100 percent recommend this restaurant, it is worth every single penny.  To see more read my full review on my personal blog..

I ALWAYS thought this place was overrated but I was completely wrong! The service was impeccable, the food was amazing (especially the sushi) and the place looked great. I especially loved the rock shrimp and the duck salad.
DEFINITELY recommend visiting Buddha Bar.

I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person who likes tea and cake at any time of the day and I have a particular preference for them served together between the hours of 2pm and 4pm. I love it when you can try an afternoon tea with a difference; I have tried a gentlemen’s afternoon tea before complete with mini pork pies and sausage rolls, one that included soup and another with mini ice cream cones. The afternoon tea at Buddha Bar Knightsbridge has a fantastic Asian theme and I was really looking forward to trying it.

The first thing that catches your attention is the ambience of the place! Buddha Bar is on my to do list every time I am around Knightsbridge. I am totally in awe of their dim lighting, decor, variety of seating arrangements and music. The place definitely makes a good first impression if you're out on a date... so strongly recommended. I love their collection of white wines but my new favourites are their cocktails. Have never been disappointed with the food either. Served fresh, I only wish the portions were a bit bigger. The service can be a tad bit slow especially during peak dinner times so avoid if you're starving. I feel their prices are justified for the overall setting they have to offer!

I went for a dinner on Saturday night with a friend. Loved the interior design and decor of this place, it's beautiful. Not to forget, the music in Buddha Bar is amazing, matches my taste in music perfectly))) the remixes of different genres and music from different countries is just so joyful. The food came very early, so we were satisfied with the service. The food tasted good but not great, that's why I didn't give it a rate of 5.

We went at the Buddha Bar yesterday night to celebrate our anniversary, and everything was perfect .
The interior designs are amazing, the right light, the right music and professional staff.
We arrived earlier therefore we had a drink at the bar, and both cocktails were amazing, curate in the details.
When the table was ready we moved downstairs, we ordered Makai sushi with prawn tempura and asparagus, prawn with wasabi cream sauce, grilled sweet potatoes with teriyaki sauce and padron pepper.

The service was remarkable and professional.Don't expect to eat big portions but the experience of these combination of flavors was just amazing and every bite was a combination of sensation.

I had been to Buddha bar in Paris and loved it so decided to book it for our girls trip to London. Such a beautiful setting. Everything is so luxurious and the atmosphere is great (even on a Monday night!).. I shared some sushi and a side of sweet potato with one of the girls. It was good but the sweet potato was crazy expensive for what it was at £12.50 for a side. The others ordered the mini burgers which were Delish and the 5 spice chicken which was nice but the chicken was actually a tiny bit chewy. The service was fantastic and the cocktails are amazing! An expensive night but a very enjoyable experience.

Probably the worst Buddha Bar out of all of them but still decent. Doesn't have the wow factor like some other Buddha Bars around the world (and it doesn't have a Buddha statue) however it's still decent food, service and interior. Probably worth checking out but it's nothing special

Last week I was kindly invited to experience the wonder of Buddha Bar, London. I heard many mixed reviews of Buddha Bar but their evenings are known across the world, thanks to their international locations. We visited the Knightsbridge location for a luxury evening of beautiful sushi, stunning drinks and the best company. I was joined by the lovely May from Red Velvet London, and credit goes to her for the better-quality photos in this post!

Where:

Buddha Bar London, Knightsbridge

When:

Friday night, 8-10:30pm

What we ate:

Crunchy sushi rolls, spicy mango and tempura prawn sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken, miso cod, pad Thai (nut free), wok fried vegetables, steamed rice, dark chocolate mouse, green tea/vanilla/mango mochi, dark chocolate and raspberry ice cream cones filled with lemon curd

What we drank:

Champagne (reserve), Kiwi Kukama cocktail, Bubble Wrap cocktail

Highlights:

The tempura sushi rolls were out of this world! As I have said before I crave textures in my sushi and by tempura-ing the whole roll each mouthful experienced a wide range of textures

The mango chilli dressing on our prawn tempura sushi was excellently balanced and really smooth. It worked brilliantly with the precisely cut avocado too! The added texture from the tempura prawns gave each roll a touch of crunch.

The teriyaki chicken was really moist and soft. After being marinated and cooked in the teriyaki sauce, the chicken is then flashed on the chargrilled for a touch of bitterness. This with a spoonful of steamed rice was heavenly.

I loved the sweet miso dressing on the White cod, which had been marinated before being glazed for added depth of flavour.

The dark chocolate mouse was divine! A chocolate lovers heaven. As it wasn't too sweet and the portion relatively small it was a great ending to our big meal.
Then mango mochi too wasn't too sweet and made a nice contrast to the bitterness of the green tea mochi.

The highlight of the whole meal for me was the incredible dark chocolate and raspberry ice cream cones. We had a mini cone each covered in freeze dried raspberries and filled with lemon curd. This excellent blend of sour, sweet and bitter flavours was absolutely brilliant and possibly my dessert of the year.

Lowlights

Though I loved the miso cod and it is one of my favourite dishes in the whole world, I definitely lie miso black cod more than the White cod I had at Buddha Bar. I feel it has a richer and deeper flavour.

I found the pad Thai quote heavy which wasn't very enjoyable. My girlfriends love it though!

Overall

Buddha bar is a really special place to experience. The food is well made and really enjoyable to eat, with bold flavours and great textures. The drinks menu and cocktails were quite lovely too. The Bubble wrap cocktail was thick, sweet and delicious but perhaps I should have had it after dinner rather than before! Even if you only visit for drinks Buddha Bar is a great Friday or Saturday night out.

The place is a fusion of lights and sounds, East meets West and unlike any other venue in London. It reminds me of Buddakan in New York, also a fantastic restaurant in an amazing space, if you ever get a chance to go.  A slightly different look for me as I'd had my make up done for the photo shoot. I have to say I prefer it my usual way! But then again I've been in a make up r

145 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7PA www.buddhabarlondon.com The London outpost of Buddha-Bar in Knightsbridge has reopened following extensive renovations and it’s a worthy wait as the venue is as glamorous as ever. The two-floor, 240 cover restaurant is decked out with Asian influenced décor to reflect its food, including hundreds of sculptures by David Begbie. On the menu is an eclectic mix of sushi, salads and small plates. Look out for the Buddha-Bar chicken salad, crunchy sushi and roasted black cod. For something truly decadent, try the smoked duck and foie gras gyoza or the spicy truffled lobster. The wine and cocktail list is even more extensive than the food menu but nothing pairs better to pan-Asian food than a nice carafe of warm sake.

Went for dinner and drink with a group of six. The ambience was beautiful and upbeat with an air of sophistication. We ordered two bottles of wine and several dishes. Being a vegetarian, I called for the vegetarian sushi platter, spicy edamame and the mushroom and tofu pad Thai. The portions were big and the food had the correct amount of flavour. The presentation was very good, but not exceptional. My friends called for the salmon sushi, black cod and rock shrimp tempura which I heard was really good. Overall, the food and service was great however the star of the night was the ambience. Must visit once!

Steamed sea bass fillet, cherry tomato, Thai basil, red chilli and lemongrass from @buddhabar

I went here with 6 others for a friend's birthday dinner. The restaurant is located very close to Knightsbridge station. It is made up of 2 levels, low lighting and a strong Oriental feel.

The menu consists of sushi and signature overpriced thai dishes.

I arrived early (18:50) with 3 others and was told that we could still get in on the happy hour, I ordered a very nice Lycee mock-tail for £7 and got another for free.

Now a lot of the mains on the menu where around the £25 mark, which seemed a little steep.

However, we were offered the "Wellness menu" - where for £29 you get a drink, choice of salad starter, main and desert. This displayed value for money so I opted for that.

Starters I ordered the Quinoa, sweet potato & spiced feta salad, the sea bass, with rice (pictured) with Dark chocolate coated strawberries for desert and a Pina Colda to drink which was brilliant, in fact the drinks where all very good.

The sea bass was cooked well but the portion was just too small. I also had a taste of my friends chicken dishes and that tasted really good, tender, grilled well and not dry.

Service was okay, out waiter explained the menu well and was friendly. It was a friday night so there was a lot of hustle and bustle.

The wellness menu is decent value for money, but the A La carte is overpriced.

ℹ Only the Chicken is halal.

An absolute pleasure. The service was brilliant, so was the wine and beer, but the food was absolutely phenomenal. We had the Scallops to start, which were unbelievable nice, these were only topped by the pork and the salted cod.

From the moment we walked I just wanted to say wow. The reception from the staff, the beautiful modern decor, the mood lighting, the funky music... And of course the amazing riverside views.

We started with the cocktail of the day which was the most stunning green tea martini. A perfect way to peruse the menu and talk with my husband. The menu is small but perfectly formed, and a real challenge of tastes and flavour. An absolute pleasure. The service was brilliant, so was the wine and beer, but the food was absolutely phenomenal. We had the Scallops to start, which were unbelievable nice, these were only topped by the pork and the salted cod.

The food was simply stunning. The most stunning presentation and tasted absolutely divine. We were tended to in perfect harmony - not overly fussed over but always with our champagne glasses filled.

There was a minor problem with my main, but absolute testament to the quality of service as they immediately brought a new dish and everything was wonderful. We even had dessert thrown in as a complimentary for the mishap. How lovely!

We were unfortunately the only diners that evening. I say unfortunately only because you are all missing out in not being there too! We didn't feel uncomfortable or alone in the slightest - in fact we felt rather privileged!

I have been to Buddah Bar a few times for drinks with friends and absolutely love this place. The interior is very contemporary and I love the whole décor and vibe here.

As you walk in and go up the few steps you can help but admire the beautifully hang swan sculptures made of crystals which are at each side of the stairs leading down.

There is a bar area right in front of the seating and dinning area and they also has a little corner where there is reserved seating. If this space is available you can ask to sit there without having made a reservation. I sit here all the time as it can get very busy and crowded and this little corner is just very intimate and you can sit comfortably and talk to your friends.

I went here the other night for dinner and ordered the deep fried squid and chicken salad for starters. Both were very nice however I wouldn’t order the squid again. I had the rack of lamb for mains, which was very flavorful. I love desserts so no surprise that was my favorite part of the meal. The choc fondant with pistachio ice cream is absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend it. Everything was presented beautifully. The music is slightly loud here during the evening and has more of a club vibe.

The cocktails are exceptional and are unique in presentation. That being said the mocktails are just as good and I definitely recommend them.
I mostly experienced excellent service here, however, there has been times where staff have not be particularly attentive.

Buddha Bar is one of my favourite restaurants in London so far. Everything was excellent.

First, the food: delicious. I had the seafood dumplings (served with chilli sauce), the wok fried beef with udon noodles and the pistachio macaroon with chocolate sauce. I cannot really comment on the drinks as I had champagne (couldn't really complain about that). I must revisit and try their cocktails.

Second, the service: excellent. They were very friendly and fast without being overbearing and disrupting when you are eating. A lot of restaurants find it very hard to strike the right balance but Buddha Bar nailed it I think.

Third, the general environment and ambiance: excellent again. The place is stunning, with great decor. It makes the perfect place if you are looking for a nice fancy night, whether it is dinner or drinks. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

I really liked this place a lot and the reason for this is the amazing food and incredible selection of cocktails that the menu offered. My other orders of chicken satay among others were not particularly memorable.

This place would have to rephrase the saying "All that glitters is not gold", because when you come here, it is!

I was first impressed by their interior design and fancy decorations, which gave everyone the true feeling of Asia. This place was very glamorous with high end aesthetic and with people looking very chic.

The food that my friend and I ordered for starters was  "Sea Salt Edamame", "Chilli Salt Crispy Baby Squid" and as our main courses we had "Budha-Bar London Duck Salad" as well as "Prawn Tempura with Asparagus Sushi", which were all very delicious and perfect for a late night dinner.

In addition to that, the music was very listenable, not too loud and not very quite either. The place was very active and vibrant as the waitress/waitresses were moving all around and serving everyone quite quickly. The service was great.

One small negative point to make is the location of their toilets, since we were sitting in the very corner, closer to the entrance, we had to walk over to the other end of the bar and go down two flights of stairs. As I was wearing heels I found it very uncomfortable, however it is not something worthy of stopping anyone from visiting the place.

I happened to go to this place for after noon tea with a friend .The place was so artistically beautiful and very close to Harrods. We both ordered the standard afternoon tea menu .It had a mix of savoury and sweet food items served with a pot of tea of your choice. For the savoury dishes : the duck sandwich was good, the tuna tar tar on the fennel bread and the combination of the tuna and the flavour of fennel went really well, the veg rolls very ordinary but the best of the savoury lot was the dish with crispy prawns which not only had a good crispy texture but also had some amazing seasoning to add up to the taste. Coming to the sweet side of the afternoon tea, which was the best part. The huge pistachio macaroon was divine but the tiny chilli chocolate mousse was the show stealer. Finally the green tea cheesecake that didn't sound very appealing was delivered better than expected. All in all a place one should visit.

Really good atmosphere, with the music, the perfect service and the lovely appearance of the restaurant, which is situated one floor under the bar! It's an amazing place to visit! Probably one of the best bars I have been to in London! The food comes in an amazingly presented portions and it gives a pleasure only by looking at it! What is more it tastes unbelievably well! It could be the right place either to start the night or to have a calm and delicious supper after a long day!  All your small fads will be satisfied there!

I suggest you to try the sushi, the beans and whichever you chose from the cocktails you won't do a mistake, because they are all incredibly presented and tasty! It is expensive, but it's worth it! It is a definite must go!

On arrival first impressions are good. The decor is modern with an Oriental twist featuring holographic Buddhas and dragons, moody lighting and quality wooden furnishings. This is a swanky, glamorous restaurant and an ideal location if you want to impress.

We were here for a friends birthday and the organiser had taken advantage of their £25 per person set meal which consists of a glass of champagne on arrival and 3 courses. I always feel that these 'deals' come at a price and that was the case here. The portions were tiny!

I had steamed mussels which came with a wondrous lemongrass, sweet basil and coconut milk stock but was effectively soup and 8 mussels. For main I chose the hoisin duck in a steamed bun which was presented on top of an inedible banana leaf and accompanied by a side salad. This is by far the smallest main I have ever been served and for me was another starter in terms of portion size. For dessert I had the pistachio macaroon which was perfectly chewy, slightly sticky and simply delicious.

In fact all the food was really good but I felt quite cheated by the amount I was actually given. I understand that they have to make money but this was ludicrous. If you do go, opt for the a la carte menu but be prepared to flex your plastic.

One final remark on the drinks. Whilst the cocktails were great, especially the Hotch Kiss 22, a heady combination of ginger, elderflower, gin, absinthe and champagne that really tickles the taste buds, I was shocked when I ordered a £40 glass of cognac that was served to me in a tumbler. For an establishment aiming for the higher end of the spectrum this is a complete no no.

I left hungry and sought solace in my local chicken shop.

Omg omg !!!!! Do not miss this bar !!!! Went to Harrods after all the bling and a crazy session of chocolate shopping and eating it all , felt like a cocktail so starting walking around looking for a lounge when stumbled upon Buddha bar ... We were ushered in ... But the tables were full and we could stand around the bar , which was a blessing in disguise because the bar tender made us cocktails which were not on the menu ... And they were outstanding . He was adorable chatty , was Russian and one of my friends was fluent in Russian .... Even the shots he made were so cool . Could not stay for dinner :( dint have tables . Cocktails are £12.50 . My husband had a Japanese whiskey 17 yrs which was £25 so be prepared to spend .. When you go into this bar because you might want to try everything ... the bar tender has to offer .

Cosy and dimly lit, this place is one to impress whilst in the relatively new stages of the dating process. It's not horribly expensive yet gives an element of grandiosity, with (almost overly) attentive service & a fabulous wine selection. Treat yourselves to dinner or even just go to sample their great bar selection & descend to their basement bar. (Watch out for the crystal dragon& snake hanging in the stairwell- you can't really miss them...)

As for the decor, it feels like Aladdin's cave . Fancy door paneling, glittering gold and pompous chairs; it's all rather fun.

Food is impressively yum; Japanese with a twist. Portions are small but very filling and another great place to share. I was impressed with their 'crunchy sushi' (basically deep fried, flavour filled maki) & blown away by their tuna tartare: an elegant jenga of soft, raw tuna, creamy guac and smashed nachos. An absolute 'Nom' experience!

For such a glitzy place, I was slightly disappointed with the toilets; cheap black plastic made them feel very clubby rather than restaurant suitable.

Definitely a place to try out, for an excellent, low key supper or a night out with the ladies/gents. Also, keep your eyes peeled for A-listers; I dined a stone's throw from none other than Samuel L Jackson!

After our enjoying a wonderful day on our fabulous pre-wedding photo shoot, Mr Silver and I felt that romance was in order!

The photo shoot had ended late and we knew just the place for a nocturnal bite. One of our favourite restaurants, Buddha Bar in Knightsbridge.

We've visited the Knightsbridge location of this global restaurant franchise a few times and we're always guaranteed a fabulous night here. The interior of the bar and restaurant is stunning.

But then again I've been in a make up rut for years!!

It was late so we chose to share a few light nibbles.

Salmon and oregano Shu Mai. I love dim sum and this was totally delicious!!

Steamed red bream with lemongrass broth was the perfect choice for a light dish.

Five spiced barbecued chicken with teriyaki sauce was our dish of the night. The teriyaki sauce wasn't overly sweet or cloying.

King crab with prawn tempura and spicy mango sauce. Don't you love how sushi always looks so chic and elegant in photos?

If there's tuna tataki on the menu; I have to have it! The dish was served with a gorgeous spicy yuzu miso and onion salsa.

And for a light sweet note; we chose a fruit platter.

Buddha bar is a really fantastic restaurant with a lively atmosphere and stunning decor. The restaurant is perfect for every occasion; come on a date, with a group and excellent for a late night bite.

Food: ****
Service: *****
Value: ****
Overall: ****

When it comes to family such as cousins it is very hard to see them on a regular basis because of life really, work, children, husbands etc (two of these don’t really apply to me). So when I meet with my cousins I always look forward to it and make an extra effort.
This time our chosen venue was Buddha bar. I have heard many good things about this place so I was excited to finally be going there. I was told beforehand that we will be having sushi, now let me tell you that I was never really fan of Sushi. The idea of eating raw fish pretty much made me want to gag because I never really liked fish! However it was four against one so I had to suck it up and go for it.
So on a very rainy Friday we trekked our way to Knightsbridge where we were greeted by friendly staff and our socking wet coats were taken and we were shown to our table. The venue is your typical bar/restaurant with minimal lighting and modern decor, however I like it. It made the place look classy and ‘high end’ (I think an episode of Made in Chelsea was filmed there) .
First and most important thing we did was order the wine, typical white wine was ordered as you can’t go wrong with it. Spicy edamame was ordered first to get us going. There is no classy way of eating edamame, my fingers were covered in the sauce so you could say the edamame were finger lickin’ good?
Now on the Sushi, looking at the menu there are a lot of options so the girls had a tough choice. In the end they settled for the prawn, salmon and cucumber and avocado. I was very reluctant to try at first but I was told to just go for it…and I did and wow! They actually tasted really good. There was a lot of flavour in each sushi
The presentation was picture perfect and there was enough to share between five people. I have had a few good service throughout my lifetime, but at Buddha bar it was top notch, they made sure were happy with our food, our wine glasses were never empty and even when everything had been eaten and cleared away they allowed to stay for one more bottle of wine.
Our bill in the end was pricey but they may be because of the four bottle of wines we had (oops) but at £42 each I thought it was totally worth it with good food, good service and amazing company, what else could you ask for?

I would definitely visit Buddha bar again and see what else the food menu has to offer and try more of the their cocktails especially with their impeccable service and the cool, laid back atmosphere. All in all it was a good Friday evening.

It’s strangely ironic in a sense that Buddhism, which has been referred to as “the religion of choice” now has it’s very own bar / restaurant in the heart of Knightsbridge, one of London’s plushest districts. What would the Buddha himself have to say on the matter? Would he eat there? If so what would he order? Perhaps he would mooch about looking at the various statues of himself to establish which is most life like. Then again perhaps not.

The first thing that struck me about Buddha Bar on entering was the darkness. It’s mesmerisingly dark. The tables and floor are dark wood, and lighting is moody, focussing on the sculptural objects. Ambient light as a result is dim by contrast, which they’ve fixed so to speak, with red lighting that creates a hue on your table top, causing food to glow dimly, with a sort of Satanic eeriness. As traditionalist as it may seem, I like to see my food in natural lighting, or something close to it at any rate.

We commenced with bubbles then chose for starters Prawn “Rock Shrimp Style” served with a creamy spicy sauce, and squid, which was prepared similarly. I’m not sure whether to blame myself for ordering something deep fried instead of ordering sushi and sashimi, but I found the dishes both basically satisfactory, just nothing remarkable, although the creamy sauce had a pleasant melange of flavours, in spite of the overriding sensation of oiliness.

Next, we shared English beef fillet with black garlic sauce and truffle mash, alongside steamed red Bream with lemongrass broth and Enoki mushrooms. The steak was pretty damn good, cooked to the perfect temperature and deliciously tender. Neither of us had tried black garlic sauce, and found it had a pleasing depth of flavour. Truffle mash was soft, creamy and easy on the palate. The bream dish was interesting and I felt that it would have been a good dish to eat on a mountainside after a long hike, breathing in fresh mountain air. Its a very delicate, light dish although there is a sourness in the broth that I wasn’t quite sure about. Where we went wrong was in sharing the two dishes between us, as the flavours didn’t compliment each other well.

Service was wonderful, and after the meal we took a walk through the extensive space, to absorb some of the cool and laid back atmosphere it is known for. In essence, the Buddha Bar brand is no doubt a recipe for success as there will always be a market for swanky restaurants with pan-Asian influences, set in premium locations.

I've always been a huge fan of Buddha Bar, I used to live down the street and even used to get them on Uber Eats during the pandemic. I love the vibe and food so much that I hosted a friends 40th bday in their private dining room and I always bring friends from out of town here. My experience has always been great. I am not sure if they changed chefs but I've basically eaten everything off the menu and I can't fault a single dish. Sad to see some of the reviews here, especially about the taste of the food. When I hosted my friends birthday (very recently - the pic with balloons is in the private room) even the canapés were fresh, hot and really tasty. There are also some cute spots in the restaurant for cute pics.

Visited Buddha-Bar for a birthday a while ago. We was seated upstairs. The decor is beautiful, lovely ambience/vibe. The food is little bit on the pricey side and does take some time to come. However, the food is nice especially the sushi.

Visited Budda bar on 6th August 2021. The decor and design and atmosphere is lovely for family or friends. Lively music and bustling vibes. 7 of us went and the bill came to £550. The starter's wer really yummy and tasty but the mains were not great esp at that price range. I ordered the aged beef and egg fry rice. The steak was cold and then was replaced but was cold and the sauce was hot. I was really disappointed. All the other dishes were hot. I like my food hot not like it was left out for 30 mins then served. Other than that the decor is lovely and beautiful the stair case is amazing and alot of people taking pics. Would recommend the bar more than the restaurant. Staff were helpful and manager was nice enough too change my steak for a similar warm/cold steak but i didnt want to ask or make a fuss again. @buddha-bar need to check what happened with the steak on this nighg.

The sushi was incredible. The beef short rib was flavourful and cooked to perfection. The overall vibe of the restaurant is nice, a bit dark inside for photos but really good service. Not too expensive for what it is, perfect for date night

Came for a drink at the bar on Saturday evening, had a great time, friendly service and an amazing gin martini. (Be prepared to pay £18 for it but as a one off we enjoyed it, cheapest bottle of white wine is £60 which is also fairly reasonable given the location) would come back. Also stunning interior.

What a great spot with amazing food and super cool vibe. Try the toro tartar 😻 as well as their ceviche and sesame cake. This place is great for both romantic dinners and fun-filled nights. We had amazing time, to repeat.

Tried Buddha bar for the first time a couple of weeks ago as all the food on the menu was halal. We tried the sushi along with Prawn Pad Thai and the Scottish Beef Fillet. Really good food, especially the sushi. The mocktails were great and the service was on point. Buddha bar has good food, good service and a great ambience. Definitely one to visit again.

We had 11.30 pm table reservation, arrived early for a few quick drinks after adinner in different venue as it was my daughter's birthday . We asked if we could sit by the bar. Atmosphere and vibe great as always, place was full - I looks like good old days are back. Service was great, Barmen were easy to chat with and sweet. Before we left , they got us birthday shots on the house and sang" happy birthday". Overall great service! Always happy to go back there. One of my favourites ❤

Went on v day, we had to book a couple of days in advance. I absolutely loved it. Everything about it was great. The food (from starters to mains to sushi rolls), the atmosphere and the staff were just brilliant. I would definitely recommend it, I honestly don’t think you could go wrong with anything you’ve ordered. However, I wasn’t a fan of the cake but maybe because I’m not really a dessert person.
