We've booked online and went straight in. The place is well decorated and the background music is Portuguese so the theme reminded us of Portugal.. The food was very good and all fresh. We had 3 mains with fish and we can confirm it was fresh and well cooked. We also had one meat option and the sauce was great. The desert was home made chocolate mousse. Absolutely DELICIOUS All very tasty..it was a lovely surprise as it was our first time visiting this restaurant! Célia was great and very friendly I definitely recommend this place and...photos attached below!! :D

Good service, fresh food... Three stars due to I asked for my steak to be medium rare and it was well done and a little tough and it would of been nice if it came with a little more rice and salad to go with the beans. But overall it was delicious my partner and I enjoyed it the restaurant was cosy we didn't feel rushed at all it was laid back clean environment. The coffees were delicious to finish of our dinners.

My friend took me there to try some authentic Portuguese food and it was definitely worth it! The green wine we had was very refreshing and tasted great.

Great food and friendly staff. The portion of food is big. We only ordered one starter & one main and that is enough for us.

Nice and friendly staff. Pretty good, big portions, but a bit expensive for the quality. Arroz de marisco more than enough for 3.

O Moinho is by far the best restaurant in "Little Portugal". Great fresh produce, Portuguese food with no frills (just how it should be) authentic as it should. To top up the whole experience, there is the staff. Attentive, charismatic and going the extra mile for. A truly and genuine Portuguese experience not to be missed. If you are around, pop in and say hi to Pedro, the owner, he will made your day. Thank you for the amazing lunch.

We just had a really great night at O Moinho. We loved the freshness of the seafood and the vegetables from the seafood and fish stick. Their sirloin was very tasty and it was melting in the mouth, served with home made 'chips'/fries. From the ambiance, the choice of wine, to the very good service. Not that we are fans of copious portions, but they are very copious portions! We are looking forward to go back.
