Located right next to the Odeon in Surrey Quays it's one of the most popular places to go eat after/before a movie, or at least this has been my experience.

Ive tried their pasta, steak and wraps - all as good as each other though my favourite would have to be the wrap, healthy never tasted so good!

It can get quite busy, especially during evenings and weekends which may result in waiting times, sometimes extending up to 30 minutes or more. But if you're lucky to get a table quickly, the service is always good, with their staff being quite fun and friendly you're made to feel welcome - on your birthday they dim the lights and sing happy birthday whilst bringing out your cake (that you've brought with you) now isn't that sweet!

The place consists of mostly booth seats (so comfy!) and the walls are lined up with pictures of what i would say are from the 50s/60s, as is the music.

Its a great place to go for a nice meal with friends, partners, kids etc. theres a lot of choice for everyone and more times then not you'll leave happily stuffed :)

Always a good option for a brunch on a weekend after one too many indulgences the night before. The breakfasts are excellent value, as actually are most meals there. Service in the banquettes is swift but relaxed and the cheery tunes pumped through the jukebox make for a pleasant addition to the good standard fare.

We've been back for lunch a few times and the main meals aren't quite as tasty as their breakfasts but the Caesar salad is a better option than others - while the burger is a little too dry for my liking in general.

Overall, a good simple addition to the area.

This place is so under rated. Staff are brilliant. Food is good. Cocktails are good. Everything about this restaurant is what you want for a local restaurant. Great value for money. Great venue with free parking and privacy because of screens between booths.

First time here and the service plus the meals ofc were exceptional. Everything we ate from the starters to deserts *muah* Thanks to our server Lili-Rose for checking in with us during our meal to ensure everything was A star.

Really great place to eat. Seating is comfy and place is warm and relaxing. Had some lovely tender Bbq ribs and sweet potato fries which were awesome. Service by Emmil Stewart was also top notch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. 👌🏾👌🏾

Service was great, food was nice but the only thing that let it down was the ribs as it smelt a bit off but a part from that everything was good.

First time back in Frankie and Benny’s in a couple of years and it was good. The pizza was a good size and managed to feed me and my two small children. The garlic prawns were nice however, I didn’t realise they still had the shell on. Still lots of birthday groups come and dine here so if you don’t mind that, still not a bad place to go.

Lovely food! The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. We was waiting a little longer than desired to be served, but once our order was taken the food came out super quick. Starters were nice, I would recommend the potato skins!! My partner got the Nashville chicken skewers (3 of the smallest strips of chicken i have ever seen! Although tasty for more than £5 NOT WORTH IT!!) I think the sharing platters would probably be better value for money for 3 or more people. The main was VERY nice! (I had the New york BBQ chicken) They even let you swap the fries for a jacket potato/cheese fries etc. The coleslaw was a little warm as it was left on the hotplate, but everything else was lovely! My partner had the half rack of ribs which I have been told are also really good! The Milkshakes are to die for! They are a good size and took me about 5 minutes to finish, I very nearly ordered another one! Overall i would recommend! The atmosphere is lovely and a perfect place for a family meal :)

It was okay. Not the best steak I've had but the meal as a whole was good. They need more steak options. They only have sirloin. Tap beer is nice and refreshing.

Great family place! Food is good, but I wish they had some spicier options. Always customers in there, so they are definitely doing something right. The staff have good banter and all very helpful. Layla is lovely, attentive and very patient, a credit to the place.

Been here twice for lunch with family, the staff have been friendly and we got food in good time. I would like to recommend the Vegan plantballs (even the kids loved it!) and Vegan pizza, totally yum. Will always order these when I go back. The Apple pie dessert was such a yummy warm option for a cold rainy day.

My favourite American restaurant. Great menu. Similar to TGI Fridays. Well priced. Great locations. They don’t accept Amex cards. Open late. Generous with sauces and condiments.
