It's a nice, spacious bright cafe with friendly staff and good menu (like every other Pret on the planet). The smoothie I ordered took an age to prepare despite being on a quiet Saturday morning with slow trickle of customers.
Located close to Waterloo station. Pretty busy store, noisy but lively atmosphere. Not a lot of veg sandwiches or wraps on the shop floor when I visited. Luckily didn’t want to eat. Staff are a bit slow at serving customers which caused a few people to get frustrated but I was luckily served and out the door within 10 minutes. Had a hot chocolate and it was served piping hot. Tasted as I’ve come to get used to with Pret.
