Já se consegue beber café muito decente em Londres e o Nero é um dos responsáveis por isso: menos cool que p Starbucks ou o Costa, nem por isso me satisfaz menos. Este situa-se na estação de Paddington, que visitei a caminho de Reading, e forneceu-me a dose certa de cafeína matinal. O serviço não é especialmente simpático mas é lesto - e chega!

Tip : the brownie is to die for and they have free wifi as well.

This branch of Caffé Nero is sweet. Cute staff and a good space. Have gone there for a coffee and a cake for a chill out or for a formal business meeting.
Caffe Nero food and coffee are consistently good. The staff, however, are a bit... odd. Nice guys, but I was given my drink in a takeaway cup because they "are closing in an hour." Closing in an hour?! Really guys?! Don't fancy running the dishwasher in the hour before you have to close?? Seriously weird.
Plenty of seats, just slightly old couches. But atmosphere otherwise is good.
The air conditioning at the back is slightly annoying as it can get cold, if the staff don't switch it off intermittently.
Very nice small coffee shop, friendly staff , Martyna is such a nice barista . Family atmosphere and great coffee .
Very friendly and helpful staff. The Bowl of porridge was very hot which was good on a cold das in january and very tasty. The Coffee was also very good and all done quite quickly even when IT was a busy morning and Lots of guests. The Café isn't that Bug but There are areas tonsit inside and a couple of Tables and chairs outside on the sidewalk. There are also Preis packaged sandwindches and Baguettes available to Take away.
Lovely service great layout....outside seating is nice.. .probably one of the nicest neros to sit in with a variety of seating atmospheres available, staff is very friendly and professional a++

Loved the dark chocolate drinks! But the place is a little sloppy. It took awhile to find a table that was actually clean.

Haven't ever used a Caffe Nero before but really needed a coffee hit. This cafe was nice. Spacious, friendly and very welcoming. Coffee tasted nice too. Will 100% go back. Nice vibe I got from it.

I visited this branch on Easter Sunday 2022.
This is my plan b branch as my original choice is the one inside Edgware Road Station, but was closed.
When I arrived there was a queue but manageable, mainly tourist and there was one girl behind the counter.
Moments later another colleague helped.
It was extremely busy as not many places were opened given the public holiday.
There was also a payments issue, this didn’t help the backlog of customers waiting.
When I was served I paid via the app but didn’t go through.
I advised the girl I would sit close by and pay later.
At this point it was cash-only. Thankfully my payment went through.
I would like to commend this girl, she handled the situation brilliantly and given how busy it was; extremely calm!
I was impressed and thanked her and the male colleague as a I left.
I will visit again as the staff were extremely professional given the nature of issues and customers present.
She can be described as having a subtle french accent(?) and wearing a head scarf.

Good options for coffee, hot chocolate and iced drinks.
The eating options are also decent. Best thing is they will warm up the sandwiches unlike pret which serves cold.
Had the chicken cheese sandwich which was big in size with decent filling.
Has both inside and outside seating.
Value for money.
