Had a lovely brunch with friends today at this lovely restaurant. Customer services was 10/10. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. Overall the food was delicious, however my friend ordered the mezze platter and found one of the dips sour. When the owner came to clear the table she asked if we enjoyed our meal my friend replied and told her that she found the dip sour for her liking. The owner straight away told us that she will deduct it from the bill ( which there was no need). Definitely will go to this restaurant again. Amazing customer services and the meals were delicious.
Just stumbled into this restaurant and we are so glad we did! The food was incredible and so reasonably priced for London and the portion sizes were massive. Shout out to the staff Sevilay and Giovani who provided the most impeccable service from the moment we walked in, until we left. Best service I’ve had in all of my travels since February this year and the only place I’ll actually return to in London because I was so impressed . Highly recommend! Thank you!
A MUST VISIT. 5 star pancakes, 5 star coffee and unbelievable customer service.
I went to grab a Sunday brunch at Acoustic Brasserie and loved every bite of the food I ate.
I had the ultimate American pancakes, portion size was perfect - the pancakes were fluffy and tasted like home made batter, the sausage was juicy, the bacon was not crispy but was perfectly crispy AND THE EGSS ! THEY KNOW HOW TO SCRAMBLE EGGS.
The coffee was incredible as well.
THE STAFF WERE SO FUNNY AND KIND, they joked with us and spent time with all the guests even though there wasn’t a single free table !
INCREDIBLE brasserie
Mixed feelings about this place. They did most things well but there wasn’t a lot that was outstanding. Not enough to give 5*. Both brunches were made well, but it was a real shame that the locked eggs came out as boiled eggs. But on the whole the brunch was decent. The sucuk sausage was really nice. The hot chocolate and the flat white tasted cheap which you shouldn’t expect especially for the price we’re paying.
It is a shame to not to give an amazing review as the gentlemen who looked like the owner was a great host and made sure that we were looked after.
First time here and what a wonderful place.
The food was excellent and so very tasty.

Cannot fault Acoustic Brasserie. Our table of 7 had a variety of starters to share, main meals and desserts. The food was superb for all, including 2 youngsters who were very well catered to. The atmosphere was lively, friendly and not obtrusive. It was the service that was fantastic, and nothing too much trouble. Service was professional and came with a smile, so important.This place is an incredible find. Wish I could give more than 5*'s

I got the creamy chicken and parmesan chips. The dinner was delicious and Cihan's service was perfect. He is so kind and professional. He knows what you need before you ask. ı will definetely come back again 😍
We can never fault this place. We had booked a family birthday meal somewhere else that had run of veggie options so we came here instead. Dog friendly, great food, lovely atmosphere and they even thanked us for choosing them to celebrate my birthday with. Every time we’ve been in the past we’ve felt valued as customers and it’s a gem of a restaurant we’ll always return to.
10/10 come here for breakfast/brunch. We had a full English, Turkish breakfast, jasmine tea, and an affogato.
The Turkish breakfast and affogato were incredible, could not recommend enough. And the bread and honey that came with it was also fantastic.
Service was also great, they seated us right away, and we never felt rushed, despite being busy throughout. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Genuinely can’t fault anything about the experience
