It’s dog friendly pub just next to where we live. Food is great, best pub food in the 5 mile radius. Fresh ingredients and food cooked to order. Staffs are super friendly as well. A hidden gem.

Some will say it's a little pricey for what is essentially posh pub food but the service is excellent as is the food and not too fancy. I had the fish and it was cooked beautifully and came with a free glass of prosecco! Happy days.

Great choice for a traditional British pub. They have a great Friday special: free glass of procecco with fish & chips for £15 pounds (I believe that was the price). Pairs well together. Some of the best fish & chips over ever had as well. Perfectly buttered and not too oily. You can’t go wrong with the dispensary.

A historic venue and one of my favourite places for a drink in all of Whitechapel. The staff are always really accommodating and the place has a great atmosphere. The food here is always amazing too.

Good space.. an old dispensary for the poor of the east end that has been converted into a pub. Now a dispensary for the not so poor, supplying glasses of beer and other convivial alcohols. They do some very decent beers and thankfully I have seen none of the dreaded Doom Bar but I have, pleasingly, seen Dark Star and other such quality beers. It is a bit expensive perhaps...but you'll get a seat.

Just had a delightful supper . Simply exquisite cooked I am told by one of the finest chefs in London.
I don’t doubt this at all - this place was simply wonderful and a must if you are in the area.

Popped in for a swift one.
An extremely knowledgeable and friendly landlady highlighted our visit educating us concerning gin of all things, that was a first for me. A good selection of fillies in the stable of beer but the hospitality outshone all. 😎

The Dispensary is an elegant pub with a selection of a few great dishes. I was there for a business dinner and we had salmon, salad, and risotto. All plates are served elegantly and the taste is delicious. Totally suggested for business meetings.
