Our last night in London and we tried Bella Italia as recommended by our hotel concierge at Double Tree Hilton-Hyde Park.
Cara was our server and so lovely. She was helpful, attentive, inquired where we were from. Cara made dinner fun!

I tried there meat feast pizza with honey sauce which was lovely! Good for those with a sweet tooth! Chips were really nice and fresh!

The Meatballs was very good really recommend them as a starter. My partner had the lasagna which he really enjoyed, and I had the bolognese which I couldn’t complain about.
The only problem was you could hear the staff arguing right next to us whilst eating but was soon resolved.
Our waitress was Rita, she was lovely, really made us feel welcome and could clearly see she was a hard worker. I’m glad the gratitude tip goes straight to her as I don’t think I would have tipped if it didn’t. All in all will be coming again when we are next in London.
Once again please tell Rita she is doing a great job, I used to be a waitress and know how difficult it can be, yet she always had a smile on her face.

We had a great experience at Bella Italia. The food arrived within 10 minutes after ordering, same for the drinks. The waiters offered to grate Parmesan and black pepper on top of the dishes, which was wonderful. The atmosphere was calm and cozy. Both the pasta and the salad were really good. The cookie dough dessert was delicious, one of the best I had so far. The only reason for the service being 4 stars is the fact that the waiters were very quick to check in on us and also brought the bill immediately after we finished our dessert, it king of felt like they were rushing to get us out, but they were incredibly nice. Definitely would recommend!

First time visiting and had a nice time! Was served by Sujoy during the evening, whose service was great from beginning to end; very friendly as well! The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy. Would definitely come back!

Great experience today, food was lovely. Good amount of sauce topping, calamari was lovely. Great service from Sujoy, very friendly and welcoming. Speed with taking order to serving to checking back from time to time is on spot, not too quickly make you feel rushed, not too slowly feel like you’ll never find a staff. Just spot on
