Oddono's

Oddono's gelati is just great. The flavours are excellent, ingredients are premium, and the staff and service are wonderful. If you're looking for great gelato, with whole hazelnuts and pistachio folded into every spoon (and whole oreos in the cookies and cream, if you're into that) then Oddono's hits the spot. The Hampstead branch is a bit smaller than you'd expect, but has less of a wait than Kensington, and the same flavour.

I had the pleasure of visiting this Oddono’s store for the first time yesterday afternoon, and I absolutely want to praise the talent and dedication of one of its staff members, a young boy who has a truly engaging personality. I was inclined to choose a simple small cone with fruit sorbet, but he recommended a truly unique combination in a bigger cone with banana and cinnamon. His commitment to making my experience unforgettable is truly admirable. I’m convinced that his talent and dedication will take him far; customer service is in his DNA. Despite being alone and a long queue, he never lost his smile and willingness to help with the choice. Truly energetic and unique!

Last Thursday I visited this shop and I had the most delightful experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smile and a professional attitude. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff member was friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about ice cream. He took the time to help me explore the different flavours and even offered samples to ensure I found my perfect combination. The attention to detail and care he put into my order was evident. I highly recommend visiting this location!

The ice cream sizes are just right for their price, but the quality is really good. The amount of sugar and flavour in the Madagascar vanilla is perfect for my taste and the texture is good too. The salt caramel was very good, but a bit sugary in my opinion. Good clean place with a few seatings outside located in a charming pedestrian street. 9/10

Oddono’s is where I go whenever I have an ice cream craving - generally I stick to stracciatella and pistachio because they are my absolute favorites. I thought I’d try their ice cream sandwiches this time - it was alright. I think I’m not a fan of ice cream sandwiches in general, and Oddono’s hasn’t changed my mind.
