A petite gem in London's bustling food scene, this restaurant is a culinary delight. The food is nothing short of amazing, with swift service that doesn't compromise on quality. Be prepared for a queue during peak hours, a testament to its popularity, particularly for Saturday/Sunday brunch. Their Turkish eggs are my personal favorite, but the allure of other dishes is undeniable. A must-visit spot for a delectable dining experience.
LOVE this place. Am visiting London for a week and have been here 3 times - once I had the scrambled eggs on toast and bacon on the side, chicken sarni and focaccia with chorizo to go; another time had the pancakes with apricots and mascarpone cream; and today I had the pancakes again and some Turkish eggs. Everything tasted amazing - only note, the mascarpone cream doesn't taste citrussy enough, bit too bland. Coffee is really good (but my Mom didn't like the decaf espresso she had...) LOVELY people working there. Prices are a bit high imo, as high as in Copenhagen, which is saying something...but if I lived here, I would still visit once a week ♡
Lovely little cafe on Roman road. There were tables available when I went at lunch on a Friday, though I've seen it a lot busier for weekend brunch. The menu seems like it's new every day. I got the granola with yoghurt which was really delicious. My friend got the sandwich which apparently was equally good. Coffee was again great. The interior is simple but nice and even though it was busy you could still hear each other talk. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
