Genuinely the best burger I have had in the longest time! So tasty!! The portion sizes were really good too. The atmosphere and music was a whole vibe and the service was great. Definitely going to return!

My aunt is gluten intolerant and they were wonderful about leaving off the bin. Delicious, tender burgers with nice char grilled flavor. Definitely recommend

Food is always good, have to be honest sometimes the services takes far longer than it should, and they do occasionally get order wrong.
But other than that top tier place really, been coming here for a long time.

Really impressed with the portion size and customer service. Very clean and welcoming environment. There was lots to choose from the menu. I went for the grill chicken which came as meal and included chips a drink and a pitta bread. The food was well presented. The chips cooked to perfection however I was not impressed with the sauce used to grill the chicken it was very acidic probably vinegar base. It did not meet my expectation. Everything else was great.

I remember when they only had one shop (this branch). Consistence good food. The staffs are great here. I normally have 6oz Jacob, perfectly cooked with lots of flavour. There buffalo wings are best.

Ive been to this particular takeaway 2 times now, and its continues to not dissapoint. The food on both occasions was very nice.

Got the Buttermilk and the Boss burgers and I must say it caught me by surprise how solid and tasty they are. Highly recommend to try them out if you haven’t. The food came quick and the staff was very attentive and lovely. Definitely coming back again!

Went with my best mate! I have known and been going to the Acton branch for many years… since Google has asked to review. I thought 💭 why not?
You can’t go wrong. Whether it be a beef patty jacob or their hot wings or a cheeky side of boring fries 😅..: the sauces compliment them well.
Priced reasonably well, and they accept discount cards which make it worth while. The customer service is exceptional… I saw a lot of younger staff members this time… they looked like they enjoy their jobs and were helpful.
Not my local burger joint but whenever I am in Acton. Have to pop in!
Only suggestion I have is to recommend installing some additional heaters, it was a bit cold inside… but saying that it’s has been extraordinarily cold recently. And I won’t knock them any stars for that.

Beware! Spicy food present, I had the X Hot chicken tenders, and oooohhhhh man, after 3 my eyes watered and after I finished I felt a tear drip down, very spicy and very tasty. I so had the Happy Nero, and thought the meat was good but the habanero flavoring was a little off, maybe too much vinegar. Staff are very nice and the restaurant is very clean. Toilet is in the basement.
