First of all, do not look for Smokey Tails as a venue, it's actually in The Star of Bethnal Green! Food is great, came for a bottomless brunch that did not disappoint.

Fantastic food and great staff, can't wait to try again!

Tremendous service for our large party. Delicious take on high class fast food. The smoked sides are incredible (corn on the cob etc) and the classic meat dishes rival with the best you can get around town. Cocktails may need some work but the house take on an old fashioned (with maple syrup) was very good. Try and get a brownie to finish as these are the best I have ever tasted.

I went for brunch. Tastey BBQ food in a cool setting - the ribs were very tender! Prices are okay, too. Looks like it would be a fun place to go back to in the evening, when the DJ decks are up and running.

Wonderful depth of tasty meat and healthy options.
Knowledgable and friendly staff only happy to advise on what to order.
Soundtrack comes from a classic Vinyl selection.
The best dessert I've had in months!

This was the second time I came to this restaurant and it was even better than the first time. Seth Troxler was present which made the night but also might of been why the service was so good. Either way, the wings and cocktails were amazing. Nice atmosphere.

Loved the atmosphere and the food, really recommend going.
Only reason it's not 5 stars is that the service charge was on the bill, around 15% and were demanded to pay it after we didn't give enough by accident.

Very very nice. The guys are friendly, the food is delicious. The only aside I suppose is the lack of choice of beer on tap but it's not a pub so I don't think it takes away from the score.

Amazing food, service & vibe. The staff offered great service and the Fried chicken was the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend this place for a group of people looking for a good time!

Was recommended this place by some customers of mine and was truly impressed. The breakfast was completely delicious and a really good choice of bloody marys. And very reasonably priced. Will be back.

Food was excellent, staff were friendly, booze was plentiful and I saw one of the staff giving a homeless person some free food outside. Perfect place to spend an afternoon.

The food here was unreal, like the best fried chicken and French toast I've ever tasted.. the bottomless brunch concept needs working on though as the waiters only top your (rather small) glasses up as and when you can get their attention.. (the music was VERY loud) that said I spoke to the extremely helpful and friendly manager who ended up leaving us a bottle of prosecco on the table which is a much better idea. Although loud the tunes were on point and it was a very fun and quirky vibe. I'd definitely return

Came for brunch - 'bottomless pancakes and prosecco' - got the prosecco but still hadnt eaten after being seated for over an hour. Had to request the bottomless pancakes and when they arrived we only got 3 portions for 4 people. When it arrived the food was lovely but for such tiny portions you'd think they'd be a bit more generous with the pancakes. Not worth it, theres plenty other bottomless brunches that are way better. Left without paying and still hungry.

I had bottomless brunch here yesterday food was nice but very surprised that there wasn't a veggie option especially as it is in very hipster Shoreditch. Had one of the options without the gammon which was nice. Music was a bit load but the prosecco was plentiful and the staff were friendly.

Great place, fantastic food, lovely staff, really friendly and attentive, would definitely recommend

We visited yesterday for brunch, around 11:30. We were given the brunch menu. We asked if there was anything else we could order from but told this was it. We ordered burger and fried chicken as we didn't want a anything else from brunch menu. After sitting down for a while we noticed other people being spoken to about what they can order (French toast, pancakes etc) but it was too late for us. Just some constructive feedback for you as we wanted to visit for a while being Seth fans. Coffee came out just before food so no real time to drink then before eating.

Dullest meal I've had in a minute. Had a real dry burger like a teabag and apparently the halloumi was tasteless. Cauliflower & dip was prettty good.

Been for dinner too but was very impressed with the breakfast/brunch menu, great food made even better when Seth troxler is djing and personally checks on our food and ensures my egg is "yokie"

Love Smokey Tails. First tried the pulled pork burger at Wilderness, was so good I went back for 5 more during the weekend of the festival! The restaurant is even better, like their street food stall but on TURBO setting. Great fried chicken, banging ribs and the coney fries are to die for! Respect to the chef x

Best food I've ever tasted, the French toast drizzled with maple honey syrup with chicken and bacon really did it for me. Gammon and eggs next then the pancakes.
Thoroughly recommend the "Vigin 30" 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Me and my girlfriend came here on Valentine's evening and we're welcomed by a very nice man whom shook my hand and informed us that the table was being made. We were then given free BBQ chicken wings & a class of prosecco which was a fantastic touch. Our mains were lovely & the Chocolate brownie was to die for. The place was cool af & the music was also dope.

It was a fantastic evening with my friends, especially as we didn't book a table, your attentive staff managed to get us a table, even though it was busy night. Thanks to Jason's team, this made my friends bday special. I would recommend your restaurant to anyone as the food was awesome. Unfortunately I can't pronounce the young French waitresses name but she was friendly and the service was fantastic Thank you Aftar Ali

Smokey Tails is quite an unbelievably unique experience. The flavors are rich, spicy and satiating leaving you with a crave for the delicious and mouth watering tastes. The ambience is exquisitely fun with a hip edge to it. I HIGHLY recommend going when in London.

Completely blown away with the experience we had at Smokey Tails. It was a pleasure from start to finish, such good vibes, the staff are ridiculously accommodating, we didn't want to leave. Top food & drinks, tunage and sleek service...can't fault it

Brilliant place. Staff were really attentive and friendly and bottles of prosecco never stayed empty for long! Good food, good atmosphere! Thanks!

The place to go for a greay Sunday brunch. Food, music, service and ambiance, what a great combination for a Sunday brunch. I need to go for a normal dinner on a normal evening...

Wow! Real BBQ and proper fried chicken in London! Super impressed by decor and music. Incredibly fun
The City Lane
Smokey Tails is the brainchild of Michigan-born chef and DJ Seth Troxler, and sees his popular music and American BBQ pop-up find a permanent home in Hoxton Square. The space is simple with art, wood, a DJ booth, and a low ceiling creating a cozy space.
