I do love Wagamama's but my husband and I had an experience at this particular branch that was seriously exceptional! Our waiter Jacek could not have been more polite, friendly, happy, attentive or on-point last night! Great stuff, I'll be making you my local Wagamama (and it's not local)! P.S love the new veggie/vegan menu :)
The restaurant has a warm and friendly atmosphere with chatty and helpful staff. A variety of dishes are on offer with both vegetarian and vegan options. I found the food extremely healthy and well-balanced. The helping of salad, which was part of my chicken curry dish, really brought out the taste and added texture. My overall impression was, this is a place I'll visit again. Any improvements? Well, some seating with back support would be helpful, but 5 stars regardless!
Food was of a standard I'd expect. The yasai katsu curry is as tasty as ever and the fresh juice is delicious. The banana fritters with miso caramel vegan ice cream is delicious. I couldn't tell it wasn't dairy ice cream. Service was friendly. Atmosphere is a bit lacking, but it was quiet on my visit and it's not the best location for watching the world go by.
Friday evening. A lot of people. But all the tables are located far from each other. The food is very tasty, the portions are large, the waiters are polite and attentive. And I really liked the fresh juices from fruits and vegetables! highly recommend!
Our server, Neveah, was really lovely and really made us feel welcome. She was very friendly and made our experience better than usual when we go to Wagamama.
Our food arrived really quickly, and was really nice. Our dietary requirements were well catered for, and weren't made to feel bad that we made changes to our dishes.
Overall a really nice experience, and would definitely come back!
Lovely experience for us at Wagamama Finchley Road! We visited on a Wednesday evening and the place was very busy. We had to wait for approximately half an hour before being seated but the wait was worth the tummy food! We started with a bottle of wine 🥂 which was perfectly chill and crispy! For starters, we had the mushrooms baos and the fried prawns 🤤. As always, baos at Wagamama are a dream and the prawns were equally not disappointing! We followed with some warm chilly beef ramen 🍜 and a big plate of beef yakisoba. Both dishes were splendid! We left happy & satisfied - can't recommend more! Keep up the great job!
The level of customer service I receive whenever I’m here is amazing! I’ve been served by Harrie twice now and both times she’s waited my table she’s given me and my partner the utmost level of customer service. Food was great as usually, Harrie deserves a promotion!! Go on girl keep doing your thing 😉
We had yasai gyoza vegetarian option, the dumplings were warm and soft, the soup was seasoned great and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The food looked exactly liked the picture on the menu. Spacious seating area. Lovely view from the window. Staff were quick to take orders and food came piping hot. Definitely a good place for Japanese food.
It's a Wagama so you know what you're going to get. Food reliable but won't set your culinary world on fire. Staff were really friendly.
Maram was a great server and food was good, as expected. We particularly enjoyed the ginger white chocolate cheesecake
Great new additions particularly to the vegan menu. I absolutely loved the fake ribs and will be visiting again to try these, they were delicious!
I also had the no duck dunburi which is made with brown rice. I wish it had a little more sauce as when mixed together it was a little dry.
