Our usual and favourite pub. The staff is professional and friendly. You can see the place is very well managed with just a couple of visits, all works very smoothly. Sometimes you can find a new person behind the counter with little experience (everybody needs to start from scratch at some point) b
Delicious vibrant, flavour-filled vegan salad. This hidden gem is just off putney high street. With a gorgeous green beer garden & big sliding doors that allow you to see out into the garden. Would definitely recommend stopping by.

Ordered the Crunchy Chicken Burger with Kimchi. Chicken was nice and crispy. Paid around £17-18.

Really great experience, highly recommended. Very late arrival for partners fathers day impromptu meal. Lots missing off the menu by the eventual arrival time here on a Sunday, but we were helped finding a good selection. Good value.
Popped in for a drink after a long walk when it started raining. Friendly staff, so decided to have lunch. The fish and chips was a great option, good portion size, fish was well cooked. Will go back next time for the outside garden area on a sunnier day. Would recommend!
Had a lovely lunch here with the family after a walk through Putney Heath. We got the Ploughman’s board to share as well as a few drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the board was great. I especially loved the scotch eggs! Will most definitely come back
We used to be regulars here 40 years ago when we lived in Putney and hadn't been back since! So everything was different apart from the front of the pub! It was late afternoon so was a bit quiet and I got served a pint which was just a bit cloudy so it wasn't wonderful. My own fault for not sending

Every single dish was delicious, pork ribs, ploughman's sharer (warm Scotch egg, warm sausage roll, sourdough toast).
Came on Sunday for a roast and will definitely be coming back, the roast beef was incredible and the team were amazing. There is lots of parking available on the road opposite which was handy as my mum struggles with mobility and they really looked after the little ones too!
The staff were very accommodating, friendly & professional. The food was really good, 1 of our party just had a slight issue with 1 of the vegetarian dishes.
Our table, seating & surroundings were really good, only criticism - could do with some better ventilation.

We really liked this pub. It was one of the first places I visited sonce the lockdown.
Service was great and food was good. Presentation was a 10, but flavours were a bit simple, yet fresh.
Wine options were good. Just a bit overpriced.

Lovely evening spent at the green man in Putney. It was my birthday, and the staff made me feel so welcome. Poppy in particular made my evening with her friendly and attentive service and perfectly poured pints. I’ll be returning soon!
A great location on the Heath and really lovely ambiance. Caters well for little children. We had a big family table for Sunday Roast with babies in tow. Portions were huge! Veggie pie was a hit, the pork belly & beef roasts lacked seasoning (salt).
Beautiful pub with an amazing garden. We sat and ate and it was lovely. The team are really friendly and the food was great too. We will definitely be back!
