The staff are super helpful and the pancakes are great. They were incredibly diligent and thorough when dealing with my nut allergy.

My brother and I visited Pan-n-Ice during our time at Westfield White City over the weekend. We ordered ‘Mess that was Eton’ and ‘Being Kind Makes You Cool’. I was served by Shubham, who engaged in conversation and was very kind! He did a fantastic job making the ice cream rolls in front of us, and even gave me a free flake on top :)
