I have visited the sea the sea twice, once on 13/06/23 and on 03/05/23. How quickly I wanted to come back is a testament to this establishment. I have been consistently singing its praises to anyone who will listen. The service is fantastic, the staff are friendly, welcoming and Knowledgeable and make the experience a pleasure. They helped me ensure a voucher would be available prior to it arriving in the post. The food is interesting and varied but with a single running mood and leaves you talking about how and why they came up with the dishes. This really is one of the best restaurants in London and any fans of seafood should make a visit. Thank you the sea the sea for providing two fantastic experiences. Rom T

Nice fresh seafood, combined ingeniously with other ingredients. Sea Brill Picadito and John Dory with mushrooms were perfect for the hot weather. Mackerel and Tiger prawns were also good. Portions are a bit small which is not obvious on the menu.

Paradise for any seafood lover.. incredibly creative small plates using beautiful, fresh seafood in an intimate and fun space. Every dish had the wow factor - a new favourite place in London for me. Very friendly, helpful staff as well.

Had an incredible dinner here, everything from the food to the service was 10/10. Our waiter was impeccable with his wine recommendation and the chefs were engaging and attentive. The seafood was unbelievably fresh and everything we tried was delicate, balanced, and packed with complex flavours. My highlight was the flambéed salmon belly, which melted in my mouth. Highly recommend sitting at the bar! Great spot for a date night too ;)

Had a great experience. Food was so fresh. Menu was small (which I love) but not too small. Love the combinations, the freshness and the flavors. Definitely a great place to just go and grab lunch or dinner, as prices are decent. I absolutely loved it! Favorite dish was a special they’ve had made with Sicilian prawns 🦐!

I took my Dad for his birthday and had one of the best lunches either of us have ever had. It was such a special treat. High quality ingredients, clear thought goes into each dish and the stunning wines to match. My Dad loved the experience of learning about the dry aged fish dishes. Their stand out dishes for me are smoked eel, oysters, mussles, Chutoro waffle, it is hard to choose as all dishes are an experience. It seems like the chefs pride themselves in serving up dishes different from anywhere else. They loved talking us through the dishes. We went in ready to learn and taste something new and that's exactly what happens with every dish. It is obvious they source their ingredients from some awesome places. I can't wait to go again and try some more. Their selection of wines is great too and it was fun to try a range of their natural wines. I couldn't be happier and my Dad can't stop saying it's like no lunch he's had before.

Fresh, creative, and delicious dishes. We enjoyed every dish we ordered. I think the chef has a good, wide knowledge of flavor, which is why their dishes are unique. The menu changes by season or product availability.

Perfect evening out for a dinner outside on the terrace. The restaurant’s staff was so attentive, friendly & lots of fun, recommending some of the best sparkling wines. The food was served at a very pleasant pace, which made our dining experience not feel rushed at all (which is very unique for London). The langoustines were my favorite, and the turbot was excellent as well. Overall, I think this place makes you feel at home and at ease, adding to an overall great dining experience!!

Hidden gem. I am quite fussy but… Great atmosphere, staff friendly and welcoming and food, oh the food best monkfish I’ve ever eaten. Nice selection of wines as well. Strongly recommend.

Great seafood bar. Some dishes were exceptional - some we did not quite understand, such as pairing lighter white fish with quite acidic sauces and vinegars. Might be to others tastes. Wine by glass selection was good. Would definitely recommend but I would choose the dishes with lighter sauces!

Interesting place. I agree with other reviews as I didn’t quite understand the combination of flavors. But worth a visit.

I popped in for lunch with my 2 year old son based on the recommendation of a friend. The food was incredible and the staff were attentive and kind, nothing was too much trouble and made dining out with a toddler an absolute breeze! We had sashimi and a beautiful monkfish dish. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often.

My favourite place in entire London is a big statement but it is the honest truth. Fish directly from the sea to your table, menu changing regularly and always something new in the wine list to try.
