The shop is so dirty , all areas and lights are covered in grease and dust , Looks so inviting from the outside but once inside the shop it is really rundown and has not had a good clean in a very long time. Great staff and menu but will never go back unless they have a refurb or clean the place up !! My falafel was cooked on same grill as the chicken and once opened unidentifiable food and all super soggy .

The place looks so interesting from the outside, don't be fooled.
Once you step a foot inside the menu is great. The staff are very unprofessional. The bald arab guy was busy chatting with his mate than taking my order.
Got the Cheesy Classico, they spent too long making the burger which isn't a problem is it warm and taste nice. The burger were a big disappointment.
The shop was always very unclean and the milkshake blender were horrendous to look at. Very unappealing if you feeling the milkshake.
Stay away at all cost. Save yourself from the horrible place.

Horrific place. Extremely rude staff, especially the North African old looking man. The other staff members were just drinking from the fridges and not doing their job well. The bbq wings I got were burnt and the man just squirted bbq sauce on top when done. Wasn’t even marinated. I don’t what happened but their wings & staff used to be good.

My best friend brought me here to try out their burger, it is surprisingly good!
I am a vegetarian, I've ordered their Grilled Halloumi burger. I can't tell how delicious the burger is! The burger taste so good and is not dry at all (vege burger I ordered outside always too dry and tasteless). Rittos made their burger with their heart, and the garlic mayo sauce~~ yum yum!
Definitely come back again!

Just had a dinner with my mate here, will never go there ever again. The guy was more interested in being a clown with his mates then take over order. Had to wait for a good 3 minutes and remind the guy that we are here to order.
Anyways that aside we order Chessy classico which we had to wait for 13 minutes for the burgers just to get them cold, pathetic absolutely pathetic.
I dont even know how they are even in business.
Save your self the time and money as they are not worth the price you will be paying.

Very rude staff.
I went in to order some food at about 01:00 am. Before I even made it to the counter, a member of staff shouted at me “NO MORE ORDERS”.
I started to read the menu to see what they served and to see if it was worth returning on another day. After about 3 seconds, another member of staff started shouting at me in a rude and arrogant manner “BOSS, BOSS, WERE CLOSED, NO MORE ORDERS”. He was also waving is arms and speaking to me in an aggressive manner.
I didn’t bother reading the rest of the menu. I will not be returning to this place. They have lost a potential customer.
