Located in a really busy area. The best sits always occupied by long-time customers with laptops 💻 they seem to live and work here.

Fast service, clean and tidy. The hot chocolate and food was nice.
Very good service and much better than Costa, which I normally use, but wanted to try out Caffè nero for a change, which I find their coffees much nicer plus get the 10th drink free with their rewards scheme. Will definitely use this coffee chain again

Incredibly busy cafe due to it being right next the the underground station and next to westfields. In the evening it becomes less crowded it's still busy, people constantly in and out. Lovely staff working around, tried the new vegan cheesecake and it was delicious. Cafe Nero never lets me down.

Good service. Can sit and work with some power points. Has access to TheCloud free wifi. Washroom is tidy. Lighting is not too dim not too bright. Chairs comfortable. Coffee is good.
One of the good cafe, they have fair service and prices. They they have delicious hot chocolate. The cleanness could be improved.
It's Shepherd's bush and it's a very populated area, so it's not the most intimate or posh place where to have a cappuccino, but after all it's not that bad.
