This place is a bit more special than others, not only because they have the most scrumptious eggs and avo on toast or muffins but also they have a lovely bunch of people working there. Today for instance, my husband went to park the car and I ordered his food with mine. He was delayed and his food got cold. Our waiter replaced his meal with a freshly cooked one without us asking �

Went to your shop in Richmond as a treat for a girl I nannied for 12 years. We both loved all the cakes, but most of all the Cinnamon Social. Had a list with cakes I needed to buy and deliver for different people and everyone was raving about the amazing cakes. Would live to say I am coming back soon, but something to do with paying the bill, means that my husband has now barred me for going back for 3 years.........😂
The management really need to staff this place better on the busy, touristy, Sunday lunch rush🧟♀️ The two girls serving did a great job being pleasant and working hard but there's only so much they could do with a queue that went nearly to the door!
I gave this place a 5/5* because we didn't end up waiting long, the lunch was excellent and the coffees were perfect, plus it was good value.
I asked if the chef could possibly cook my eggs a little longer and they did, they were amazing and I appreciated their effort.
Fancy something a bit less obvious than the usual coffeeshops? Look no further. Ole & Steen offers a quiet spot on such a busy street to have a quick bite and a dose of needed caffeine.
And if you aren't in a rush (like me on that day!) you'll take the time to enjoy their passion fruit cheesecake (I swear it was like a mousse it was so light and tasty! Amazing!) Or some of their pastries that are equally as fun and delicious.
And the coffee was lovely too! Result!

In a fab location in Leicester Square, this is a great cafe with enough sitting space of your choice, downstairs, upstairs, outside.
We tried the chocolate croissant and chocolate almond ball. The croissant was absolutely delicious. It’s filled with the flavours of rich butter and great chocolate. It’s the best croissant I’ve had till now. You just can’t stop at one so we got more 😛

It wasn't what I expected. Long queue to order, also to toilets which it is two toilets for both men and woman.
Dirty tables and bug prices.
For the other hand I would say the chairs were comfortable and the coffee very tasty.
Their vegan cinnamon chocolate pastry is amazing. Next to Leicester Square tube station, with plenty of room upstairs if you want to get away from the crowds/work.

Great place with tasty coffee and delicious foodies. Also to mention is the hard working team who constantly strive to deliver the best service they can give, even though they get very busy and are constantly under pressure. They are always very professional, understanding of customers' needs and constantly carry a smile. I've been coming here for the past year weekly and will be in soon again. Keep it up!

Especially welcome to find so much seating on two floors, with a spacious feel and views across Soho
A lil hectic but they’ve got some really tasty items on their menu that keep us coming back. Oh and the coffees not half bad either. The guacamole and poached egg is really good.
