Every Gail's we have been in to has been great. Food is always fresh and tasty, and the coffee is always fantastic.
The staff are obviously well trained as all are friendly and helpful.
Never had a bad experience here.

Went to Gails yesterday and had a delicious seeded bagel with tomato and pesto and a really good size pot of tea. The service was lovely. I would highly recommend and for a special treat finish off with a cinnamon roll. Amazing

Nice coffee and food however it gets too busy and tables aren’t wiped but the staff are nice and welcoming.

Gail's is always a great place for a coffee and cake but most importantly the team are fantastic. In particular AJ the team leader, William and Carla are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, in particular to my 2.5 year old son who comes in for his daily babychino. A brilliant customer experience.

They have really good pastries. Their croissants, almond croissants and pain au chocolat are delicious!! I can’t give them 5 stars because their bread isn’t great including baguettes.
