Uncle Nam's - London - Photo album

I've only ever tried one thing on their menu, but it is one of my absolute favourite dishes and it keeps me and my loved ones coming back! The Chefs special Bun Bo Hue, if you’re a fan of flavourful rice noodle soups you’ll love this and the portion size is perfect. Great for when you're feeling und
Just a quick and simple review. This cup of Vietnamese Ice Coffee was by far the best one I have had in London. I will come back to try out the food in the near future. Highly recommended (at least for the Ice Coffee)!
Never had Vietnamese food before, but was well worth the try. Had a really nice experience. Even tried using the chopsticks which was fun. Loved how you are given a choice of chopsticks or knife and forks. The Chopsticks also have a small diagram and description on how to hold them on the back of th
Visited here on a Sunday & had a pleasant experience. The food came quickly & the taste was decent. We ordered tofu summer roll & vegan squid (not pictured) as starters. For Mains: we had x2 different types of beef pho, vegan pho & pork belly rice. We wanted to try a mixture of desserts but they on
Dined here at Uncle Nam's after a cold walk through Stokey. Welcomed to a cosy an quaint atmosphere. The chicken pho was soulful, authentic and delicious combined with the crunch of the prawn crackers. The homemade lemonade was sweet and tasty and the service was hospitable, they really take care of
Beautiful food that reminds you of the comforts of home. I ordered the Battered Mushrooms and Beef Stew and was blown away.
Excellent. The menu is not too big with some classic Vietnamese dishes but it’s always good. The atmosphere is nice, especially in the summer when the front windows are open. There’s a number of vegan options: pho, vermicelli salad, banh mi, hot and sour soup and a Vietnamese pancake with tofu. My f
Best Vietnamese food I have tried so far, we loved their Curry and Pho Special, as well as fresh&crispy summer rolls. Every dish is very rich in flavour, absolutely delicious. Lovely staff.
Very pleasant experience with their authenticity! Nice food and open window vibe in the summer.
Once of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the area! The food is delicious and authentic, the staff is super sweet and their Vietnamese coffee makes you want to come back for more!! Highly recommended!;)
Stoke Newington lacks a good Vietnamese restaurant but Uncle Nam's does a good job of filling that gap. The menu isn't as varied as some of the Shoreditch competition but what it does offer is very good and the specials mean there's enough variety to keep you interested. Prices are comparable to mos
First off ( if you enjoy sassy comebacks) I recommend browsing through the lowest reviews and reading those sassy replies from Uncle Nam's. They go along well while ingesting the food😅. And you will have plenty of time while eating. The portions are big. The food is yummy and the coffee was so tasty
If you're craving good Vietnamese food and want to sit down (or Pho viet 101 is closed), this is it. Incredible flavours and super friendly staff, this will be a regular spot for me for sure.
Had a lovely lunch there yesterday - summer rolls, spicy squid, bbq pork & noddles with fish cakes- all delicious, prettily presented and pleasantly served- great experience all round!
Great fresh food. Spring rolls were lovely and hot and sour soup was insanely good
Today I picked up a takeaway & chose the Uncle Nam's Chicken Wings with the Vietnamese Beef Stew. The food was absolutely delicious as always & I would definitely recommend both dishes. The stew is perfect to warm you up on a cold evening with just the right amount of spice to tickle your tastebuds!
