Food was really good. However, the service was even better. Kacper was amazing, the service he provided made our night. He spotted that one of the dishes was late so he followed up on it straightaway and got it sorted. I hope management recognise this chap for his dedicated customer care.

Brillant vegan options. Sitting at spaced communal tables, service is good and the food delicious. When you are ready to pay, you can pay via QR code with the table number on your place matt, meaning no trying to get someone to give you the bill (it also allows you to split the bill), which is handy.

went in for a drink - had to order some food - ended up with a tea stained boiled egg - apparently this branch of wagamama only has a license to sell alcohol with food 😂🤣
nice place - very busy during weekdays lunch time - good friendly staff as you would usually find at wagamama

I love their cuisine and haven’t been to Wagamama shop in a Long while. I had Chicken and Prawn Pad Thai and it was heavenly. They got the right balance between tangy and other taste. The noodles were cooked to perfection. I also had chili flavored squids. They were made crispy without the use of batter and it’s was very yummy. I also was surprised with the variety of fruit drinks and I loved the Power which is a yummy combination of spinach, apple and ginger. This is a very busy restaurant and so would be good to plan and go. The staff was very helpful though extremely busy. I will try during the next visit .Try it when you are around

Loved to come here
The guy that sat us down had a very good energy, then the girl that took our order was very nice and attentive with my dish modifications. Trevor was amazing with a great smile, keeping always an eye on us and manager was fast solving issues, made sure we were happy.
Definitely left this restaurant stuffed, delicious food, and wanting to come back with the great service.

Did what it said on the tin. Food was served quickly and as expected at a Wagamamas. Didn’t try much else on the menu but have had takeaway from here too and it was (for a takeaway) better than expected. Thought the ability to split the bill paying by QR code was a nice touch.

I went with my partner and when we got in, there was a lady server who looked at us and completely ignored us and proceeded to have a chat with the chef. After waiting 5 minutes, another server came and apologised and have us sit within a matter of seconds which was nice of her.
After that everything went smoothly. The cocktail was nice and the little buddha bear was pleasant too.
The food was great and we finished it all :)
Overall it was a pleasant visit thank you

I like wagamamas but it felt unorganised at this branch. Despite confirming our order, the staff put through three additional dishes which were all brought out and caused much confusion (they did however remove these dishes that we hadn’t ordered from our bill, though it was wasteful and could have easily been avoided).
The staff seemed really unfamiliar with the menu, and we had to resort to just calling out the numbers on the menu instead of the dishes.
The food is consistently good, though the you never know what you’ll get with the Japanese pickles (a very tiny side order that I love) - sometimes they come with three types of pickles, and other times just a small dish of one pickle-type. On this occasion it was just one type of pickle.
The restaurant felt clean, there is an impressive range of food on the menu including many vegan dishes.
We enjoyed a power juice, a beer (though they served the wrong one), the beef brisket ramen, and the Yaki udon noodles (my all time favourite).
It’s sad that all the curry dishes are so high in calories (over 1200 cals) otherwise I’d have ordered one. Even the chicken Katsu salad has just as many calories as a plate of noodles.

This is a very busy store, especially during lunch hour, which is when I visit the store to have lunch with my work colleague. From the many visits I have had, I have not been disappointed with the service or quality of food.
The staff here are very friendly and very attentive, in all honesty this does vary between one day to the next, but in general they are all friendly and attentive and I have not one had a bad experience.
The store is generally very clean and tables a are turned around very quickly when people leave after having finished their food.
The food has always been hot and well-presented and the staff pay extra attention if you have any food allergy (as some of my colleagues do).
I do, in particular enjoy their plum wine (which goes down well with a ramen dish) and would recommend this.
In general the experience here had been a good one and I do enjoy going to this Wagamamas.

with the reco from their waitress, I ordered samla yasai, and my friend ordered yasai katsu curry. After around 15 mins, my friend's order came, then I waited for another 25 mins, my order didn't come! My friend completed his dinner and I have to ask waitress to cancel the order as we waited for more than 40 mins. The Manager was also there, and he simply said he will cancel it !!!!! He didn't even bother to apologise or find the reason or offer any solution, and simply walked away. Later the waitress came around and apologised, but this is the FIRST time that I 've to walk out of a restaurant without food because of the delay in order. I am not sure what this restaurant stands for customer service, but if this is the norm, God save their chain. appalling to say the least. As such, its over priced, and this kind of customer service will make its days numbered

Revisited this old favourite Japanese restaurant in Canary Wharf a few moments ago. <br/><br/>They’ve redone the menu - the same number of vegetarian and vegan options even now and with the same pleasant and efficient way of serving.<br/><br/>I always thought Japanese cuisine wasn't vegetarian or vegan friendly till I ate at Wagamama. <br/><br/>The Yasai Ramen a Japanese omelette with fried tofu and mushrooms and noodles in a vegetable broth which has no meat stock is no longer served :(<br/><br/>I started with Yasai steamed Gyoza which has five steamed and grilled yasai dumplings accompanied by a dipping spicy sauce. A must order are the wok fried greens which is stir fried broccoli and bok choi in garlic and soy sauce. The quantity isn’t much so if hungry make sure you order one of the heavier dishes 😋<br/><br/>I ordered the Shiitake donburi which is shiitake mushrooms and broccoli omelette layered over brown rice in a teriyaki sauce generously garnished with shredded carrots, spring onions, chilli and pea shoots. <br/><br/>I was insanely hungry and also ordered the Yasai pad Thai which is rice noodles in an amai or sweet Japanese sauce with tofu, beansprouts, leeks, chilli and red onion. garnished with fried shallots, mint and coriander leaves and a slice of fresh lime. <br/><br/>A meal before any drink sets you back £15but it's value for money, tasty and a great experience. <br/><br/>The place is crowded but service is quick and efficient by courteous staff. Ask for tap water if you want water free :)

Wagamama used to be one of my favorites but this outlet has ruined that reputation. It took them more than an hour to complete the order for a group of 17 that too after making us repeat our orders for 4-5 times. They were not even able to serve the drinks for 45 minutes. The food was no doubt good but the service is pathetic.

Brilliant place - always young and buzzing.<br/>I tried the dish called firecracker! Too damn good a dish. It is sour and spicy with a bowl of rice. Really loved the dish. The squid starter was okay. But Surendrans curry was a total let down. It was an explosion of flavours . The base masala was not cooked through due to which the dish had a very raw flavour.

Wagamama is a safe choice for some Asian food. The service is always quite quick and the food I quite solid. Usually order the ramen with a side of gyozas or chili squid. The ramen comes with a good amount of toppings and the pork is usually quite flavourful and cooked well. Good place for a quick meal in the area.

Working nearby I always see Wagamama packed with people so it's been a place I'd wanted to visit for quite some time.<br/><br/>B and I ordered a lot of food for two to try quite a few things.<br/><br/>Wok Fried Greens - Probably the best tasting dish out of the lot. Really crunchy but probably not enough there for the price (this will be a recurring theme).<br/><br/>Pork Ribs - Not bad though the sauce was a little bland over the ribs. They were serviceable but again, there wasn't much in the way of quantity.<br/><br/>Steamed Pulled Pork Gyoza - Being from Melbourne I love my dumpings so I was so excited to finally have some over here. These were a big let down. They were hard on the outside and the sauce doesn't match well at all in my opinion. Really not good.<br/><br/>Fried Duck Gyoza - These were much better than the previous pulled pork but still not something I would get again. Something was missing in the filling that would give it a kick.<br/><br/>Chicken Ramen - The chicken was nice and this one went the other way with heaps of noodles. Overall a good dish.<br/><br/>Teriyaki Donburi - I was so keen on these and though the meat was ok, there wasn't enough I didn't think. I was left with half a bowl of plain rice with no sauce either to dip it in.<br/><br/>Overall it wasn't a great experience and for the money not nearly worth it in my opinion. <br/><br/>Hopefully I'll find some good dumplings soon.<br/><br/>Note - I also forgot to take photos of everything. Oh well.

I have to visit Wagamama in every trip of mine to London, be the trip for just one day or one week. Absolutely love the enthusiasm of the staff and the buzz. The Prawn firecracker is my favourite ( can be taken only by people who can tolerate high chilly content) but also love the raisookuree, pad Thai and katsu curry. Didn't like the itame much... It has that "makes you heavy in tummy" feel to it. The lolly pop prawn kushiyaki is mediocre and not value for money. Waiting for Wagamama to open a branch in India

This a restaurant that markets itself as Japanese when it actually is more accurately a mishmash of various Asian cuisine. Â Such diversity comes at a price unfortunately, as it is a jack of trades but a master of none. Â Although for the relatively cheap price you can't really complain that much. Â Unless you are fussy and somewhat pretentious (so my friends say) like me.

Lovely place to chill out with friends and family. For us it is our once a week dine in place, the staff is friendly and the food is to die for. Even my MIL who is not huge on Pan Asian food liked it a lot... Have been to their Canary Wharf and O2 outlets. My favorite is Chicken Firecracker, and my husband and his friends swear by the Katsu Curry (Both Chicken and Yasai), the Pad Thai is a must try. The soup bowls are just amazing, refreshing as well as filling, truly a value for money. The presentation of the dishes is so good that the only thing one can do when the food comes out is dig in... all in all amazing food, and an amazing place to spend some time with friends, family and food... I attended this wagamamas for a lunch with the company. <br/><br/>At lunch hours this place is as busy as the apple store if they ever shouted the word 'sale' . They still somehow managed to fit a table for 12 people at the rushed hour it was. Probably something to do with their ikea work desk tables they use.<br/><br/>Seating is always terrible in all these places. You practically share a bench with the person next to you, i hate it when your leg has the potential to touch another persons leg. <br/><br/>Now to the menu, it has a varied choice to fit all tastes, but something tells me its just 6 main dishes with 10 sub dishes made from that one dish in various forms.<br/>This is not a bad thing.... If your a plain tasteless horse.<br/><br/>There is no horse meat incase you thought ....<br/><br/>Anyway i guess the majority know of wagamama which is why i have directed this review to the experience of the venue.<br/><br/>To which brings my next point. Whilst dinning here , there was some crazy frenzied glass smashing dance going on, i wasnt sure if i was to duck and cover or join in the glass smashing.<br/><br/>The staff serving one table could not just grasp the collection of glass tumblers that they have been doing since the start of their career at this place. <br/>I witness a girl pick up several tumblers onto a tray for it to tilt and smash all glasses onto the ground next to this table of dinners. <br/>The cavalry intercepted and started to clean the shards from the floor to then somehow dropping and smashing even more tumblers from a passing waiter. <br/><br/>How unlucky of that table i thought, or maybe lucky i was not entirely sure, there was so much glass. If this was a specialist event, i certainly did not got the memo.<br/><br/>I bill was covered by the business so free food was amazing.<br/><br/><br/>Shame about the glass ritual though<br/>

It has been close to 3 years since my last visit to London and my visit to Wagamama... However, the taste and the smells still linger on... Like any damp and chilly London evening , a group of us decided to catch some grub before I flew out the next morning... The company was magical and what was to follow was even more magical... <br/><br/>Warm Sake and chilled Beers filled our table with warm conversations... The food was absolutely spectacular... Chicken gyoza was light and delicious. The lollipop Prawn Kushiyaki was fresh and cooked to perfection. Though the cake was to follow what really was a gastronomical delight was the Chicken Ramen. The Chicken juicy, the Soup warm n soothing and the noodles a perfect compliment to the stunning dish. The stunner of the meal ended with Chocolate fudge cake. Wasabi and Dark Chocolate we thought, but it worked in perfect harmony with the Vanilla Ice-cream.<br/><br/>Anytime you are in UK, do not miss out on the Japanese Culinary Delight that is Wagamama.

Have 44 and you will never look beyond! Don't be surprised, Wagamama has a clinical approach to its menus and German precision in service. Each dish has a number and orders get taken as numbers instead of dish names - so 44 is ginger chicken udon, have once you will keep coming back for more!<br/><br/>44 gets served with finely sliced pickle ginger which gives it a perfect tangy taste. The portions here are generous so I find just having the main dish enough for me. The juices here are worth trying, especially carrot juice. <br/><br/>I would rate Wagamama as the best fast food restaurant in London. The service is fast, waiters are nice and friendly and always ready to help, food is fresh and price is reasonable. So be it for lunch, dinner or takeaways, Wagamama will never disappoint you.

I go to a few Wagamama restaurants in London, but this one is by far one of my favourites.<br/><br/>It's in a great location, in Jubilee Place in the heart of London's financial district, it's wide and roomy too and the staff are always friendly and attentive. Food orders are taken in a short amount of time, and food arrives shortly after.<br/><br/>Its atmosphere around Docklands always adds to the vibrancy of the place. It's not crazy busy during the lunch hours of 12pm - 2pm and I have visited here on a weekend after 6pm and it's not too busy either, you can always get a table.<br/><br/>This branch I go to if I visit friends who work in the area or even meet up for coffee with friends too - even if they don't live or work in the area. It's a great little place to relax and with a vast array of shops and things to do in and around Canary Wharf - it is definitely worth visiting! :)
