Roosters Piri Piri

I only recently moved to the area for work and a workmate recommended Roosters for a good bit of quick food. This was almost a year ago and I have been a frequent customer since. My personal favourite is the Thigh Fillet Burger which I order with their Mexican sauce - not as fruity as a typical salsa but with a hearty, savoury flavour. Their middle eastern options are also very tasty, their Lebanese sauce is full of flavour and goes really well with either a halloumi or falafel wrap. The service is always exceptional, all the staff are very friendly, they're so used to my custom at this point that they have my order dialled in the moment I'm at the till! Really though, I can't recommend that Thigh Burger enough, whether it's dining in or taking out, it always feels like a small feast in your hands, and with that mexican sauce it feels just as hearty as a good red meat patty (which is also on the menu!) Do yourself a favour, give Nandos a miss and give Roosters a go. Superior quality meat and far and away superior quality sauce!

Nando's Twin The restaurant has similar vibes to the Nandos next door from the menu items to the seating arrangements and style. Food is really nice and flavourful. The chicken strips and wings were delicious and filling. The rice and sweet potato fries was nice and seasoned well. The branch atmosphere is a lot better than the Ilford one.

It's good and decent place for dine in option. This place is just at the end of Mile End Park and few steps away from Mile End station. There are options like Wraps, Burgers, Salads, Desserts, Drinks, Appetizers, Sides.. But there are only Chicken, Beaf and Halloumi varieties in every option. It would have been more good if there are many varities like Fish, Mutton, options in Vegetarian. I ordered Chicken strips, Chicken Wrap and the taste is pretty good.

Finally found a place where the food is the freshest and never get tired of it. I 100% recommend the cheesecakes, especially the Lotus Biscoff one. Adelina made me feel like home and got my table prepared as fast as possible. She is the best in what she's doing and she deserves a much bigger tip than usual. 🙏
