This is such a lovely pub to pop into to watch the footie or just have a nice drink. The staff are fantastic, big shout out to Paradise & Truly for top tier service.
Not bad for a pub. Not sure if part of a chain or independent. Staff were friendly and pub was nice. Quick service on food. Food was standard fayre not great not bad. Millionaire pudding thing was gorgeous though
Loved it here. Truly was very accommodating and really made us feel comfortable. Best bartender ever. Paulo was also very nice at security. He made us very safe too. Both are amazing employees. Please let them know.
Lovely pub! Nice and bright inside, clean toilets and very friendly staff! Can't recommend more, will definitely be visiting again 😊
Made to feel very welcome. Had a couple tasters to help decide what to drink. Finished with IPA paired with an amazing burger. Great atmosphere, Quick service, best of all clean toilets & service with a smile. Big shout out to server Truly
Popped into Steam Passage over the weekend for a quick pint, but ended staying most of the evening! Really friendly service, and great recommendations of food and drink from the staff! Food looked great that I saw being served. Will definitely be returning.
One of the best pubs I’ve visited, would highly recommend. They have a good choice of draughts along with my favourite gamma ray👍. Lovely staff especially a lady named paradise (great name btw) tried ask for her number but she said she got a man what a lucky fella aye but other than that all good!
My best pub to have a drink, a meal as i unwind after a long day at work or on weekends. You get to watch all live football matches in Islington Upper Street in peace. Great service by the crew. Chilled and safe to patron. I highly recommend it.
Lovely little pub with plenty of comfortable seating for either catching up with friends or watching sports. It is conveniently situated near the angel underground 🚇 station 🚉 and a bus 🚌 stop
The food is nit brilliant but is ok. Love the open mic as well.

Travelling in from the states and staying in Islington I consider this my local pub. Great location, lots of seating, friendly staff, good food and great drinks. I appreciate the full Sky Sports package and love when I'm in for live sports.
Popped in here for dinner with some friends over the weekend, and we weren't disappointed! The food came in good time, and it was all super hot and tasty! They also had a great selection of beers on so I sampled a few different pints and they were all super refreshing and cold!
Visited midday and was met with very friendly staff and cold drinks. Good beer variety with many pale ale options. Typical pub food and I believe they run occasional specials on the fish and chips.
Food was awesome.. Staff are really nice, they suggested me best drinks and food. I had good experience last week. I will visit again with my friends soon.
I recently visited the steam passage and was blown away by the delicious food and exceptional service. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for a great dining/drinking experience.
Lovely really enjoyed very nice positive bar staff. Food was banging had a lovely Sunday roast.
