Heidi is a great place in Balham, i really like the atmosphere, it's cute, pretty chilled and always busy. I've been a few times for cocktails, which are really good. I've never been for a meal there, I've only tried the oysters on Tuesday and some nibbles, which were nice as well. If you live in the area you should definitely go here, I would recommend it for a date or to hang out with a few friends. It is not huge, so I am not sure that I would recommend it for a big group.

Right next to Balham station, it's the perfect spot for lunch or little end of afternoon snack as it's not too busy and they also have small plates/tapas. The staff is super nice and the food is surprisingly good (you wouldn't expect a place that serves all day round to have freshly made dishes at all time)

Went on Valentine’s Day. Had to preorder and a little on the pricey side (£60 each for the valentines menu )but think it was worth it. Had about 8 plates of food and 2 glass of champagne each. Each plate was delicious and actually not that small. After all consuming everything, think it was just right! Staff was friendly and attentive, would recommend. Also ordered another bottle of red, and it was really good. Would come again to try their normal menu and wine!
