Haven't been in a while. Waited for an hour before we was given soup and a starter. I must say though. The staff were very apologetic and the food ( tiger prawns especially) were worth the wait. I was just a little frustrated as we had a booking after and they had made us EXTREMELY late that we missed the booking and they almost refused us entry. I would recommend this restaurant but I would say be prepared to sit there and wait for the table to fill if your party is 5 or less.

The restaurant shows the time is open from noon to 1015 pm... We came all the way from the Heathrow area which is over an hour away, and just to get food we're craving we have over an hour wait... The open times need to be corrected... I will update my post based on service, once we eat.
So just revisiting, I originally left a 1 star, but after eating I'll leave a 4 star rating, food and staff turned out to be much better than the misleading operation times... If you come during the right hours, you'll have a good meal.

Great service, incredible food, vegetables so tasty and amazing experience! We would repeat, it was a perfect choice for my friend's birthday. Would recommend for special occasions or just a fab dining experience!

Very friendly atmosphere. The chef was especially good, entertaining, and the food was better than any other Benihana or similar Japanese steak house. My children loved the experience and wanted to come here every night.

Great cooking show but after our meal was cooked! (you can request the cooking show once your meal has been cooked) Please be advised if you are a person who does not drink alcohol to be asked to be seated on a separate table as the food is cooked with alcohol! (especially for muslims). I believe the food is overpriced for rice and chicken and soup! Our chef was great and would recommend this restaurant for special/date nights.

Great Teppanyaki restraunt with a good selection 9f food. Weekday evenings are usually quite where you can sometimes get your own chef for your group and won't require to share. I would recommend the tenderloin steak with lobster tail or black cod
