I had a quick response to it, in which they apologized for the inconvenience, and offered me a free burrito. I went back a couple days after, and the staff were very nice. We chatted a bit, and they gave me the free meal. It was delicious. The way they handled my complaint is 5star. Well done!
Most basic I ever got. I can't have dairy so no cheese nor sour cream, I also can't have guac. I end up with rice, pulled-pork lettuce and beans, because I couldn't choose anything else. That's not a burrito...specially not for £8.50

Burrito with generous portion. If you order the large one for lunch, you may fall asleep in work.
