A great place for breakfast, lunch and snacking. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is absolutely as it should be: simple, filling and in generous portions. So sad to see traditional and family businesses closing, and so good to see this one still going strong!

Maybe not super-cheap, but this place is 100% reliable. I bought a vegetarian ciabatta for £8 and it was incredibly delicious and nourishing — well worth the price. Given this was after midnight, that was more than fair. This is not the first time they’ve bailed me out at a strange hour. La Forchetta is the kind of place that reassures you about life, knowing it exists and does what it does so incredibly well

Cafe in heart of Faringdon serving honest, tasty full English. Way better than many of the swanky hotels in the surrounding area! Lunch sandwiches are also to die for!

Open early and very late, both the gentlemen in the morning and the ladies in the evening were very pleasant. I got the salami, chicken, and cheese both times. Once as is and another with tomato and pesto. Equally great quality each time and a delicious cappuccino. Thank you for a great meal!

Absolutely love eating breakfast here. Their eggs are amazing. Also like the crossant with honey. Nicest people as well. Been here several times when visiting London.

My No.1 spot to eat guiltlessly and work late night. Very sweet staff very delicious food and beverage. It’s pretty warm indoor so wear a T-shirt if you’re staying long.

A really tasty, roasted focaccia sandwich - the server recommended the BBQ melt and she chose well! £10 for a delicious sandwich and a Mars bar served at 11pm. Yes please.

Cozy neighbourhood eatery. Super friendly staff. Enjoyable lunch - lasagne comes with salad, while carbonara needs more seasoning. Great value 👍🏻
