Love this place and delighted that it’s my local. A local pub for local people. 😂 Brewery on-site shows this place is serious about ale. My partner loves the House Bitter. Well kept craft ales and ciders too. Decent wines. Staff are lovely. Friendly, chilled and welcoming atmosphere. We had Chinese Sunday Roast yesterday from Mei Mei’s Street Cart and it was excellent. A bit different but the best Sunday Roast for miles around in my view. Well worth a visit if you’re in N22. Cheers!
If I was an MP, I’d have to declare this as my second home (and put the tab on expenses!). Quality, well-kept craft ales & ciders are The Prince’s foundations – if you’re looking for mainstream pub brands, then jog-on (“What, no Stella/Guinness? Garlic bread?”) Nice vibe, good wine list, knowledgeable, chatty staff and a fine jazz/blues/rockabilly soundtrack just loud enough to tune into without being intrusive. Mine’s a pint of N1 (and at a thrifty £4.00, Mitchell & Butlers can kiss my a*se)
Great local pub with friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere and an unbeatable selection of craft beer.
Lovely staff, exceptional local and international beer, interesting and varied food. Nice quiet vibe. Great for a chat. Outstanding pub.
Just popped in for a quick one.
Found a warm and welcoming atmosphere from both the staff and the fellow customers.
A really nice vibe. So much so , my little group stayed for 3 rounds.
Says it all really.
Will definitely go more regularly.
Well done , " The Prince".
Great bar staff and good food... even had a local celeb visiting
Great little pub with local brewed beer only and pop-up kitchen!
Great local independent pub with wide selection of amazing craft beers. Always worth to pop in when you are around...
Great pub. Friendly staff and interesting beers - what's not to like?
Chinese fried chicken noodle and a couple of pints if ale... nice ( 17/02/18)
Great choice of beers that is ever changing and also have really enjoyed the pop up guest kitchen at every iteration. You will have a great time. Dog friendly!
Great pub.....low prices !!!!!
Lovely staff, good vibe. Excellent beers and cider. Just needs food :)
This pub is gorgeous & has a brilliant selection of ales. Clean, welcoming, and local. Highly recommended.

Great selection of beers and the case is well kept.
A truly excellent meal and exceptional service by the team. We were welcomed immediately on arrival, as walk-in guests for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon.
As we were sitting down, a chilled jug of water and glasses were already being placed on the table. The staff were so memorably friendly and efficient.
The menu was varied, and we opted for the bavette steak which came with the best chips I think we have ever enjoyed - perfectly crispy and fluffy in the middle - as well as the marjoram lamb skewers with a Greek salad. The food was exceptional. Fresh, chunky and beautiful ingredients, such as huge meaty olives in the Greek salad and large crumbly chunks of feta, and colourful red and green tomatoes. I can’t wait to return!
The Sunday roast is the best pub roast we've had in the local area. We were so impressed with the beef, we went back the following week and the pork did not disappoint either. My go to Sunday roast spot moving forward.
I had an incredible Sunday roast at this pub! The food was of excellent quality, and the service was top-notch. The flavours and presentation of the roast were spot on, and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable with their attentive service. Strong selection of beers too. I highly recommend this place for a delicious meal and a wonderful dining experience. Compliments to the chef.
Massive range of on tap beer and cider, some quite expensive but good to have choice. Great atmosphere inside and plenty of tables; feels very cosy and intimate without it being squashed or cramped. Having the option of more casual outdoor seating just for a drink is also lovely- being able to borrow a picnic blanket and sit on the green is delightful. I've had better Sunday roasts but other food / desserts I've had here have been wonderful.
Nice place for a drinks or for some food, the atmosphere is very nice, prices are correct and the staff is very nice !!
They have grass just in front of the bar where you can seat and have your drink with your friends.
I recommend and I’ll definitely go back there !
An exquisite establishment for libations and gastronomic indulgence, graced by an ambiance of unparalleled charm. The pricing, I must attest, is indeed commensurate with the quality of offerings, and the personnel in attendance exude remarkable cordiality. An alluring feature is the verdant expanse abutting the bar, where one may recline and partake in convivial libations with companions. In unequivocal terms, I extol this establishment and am resolute in my intention to revisit forthwith.
Great atmosphere for drinks and a meal. The staff were attentive and friendly. The roast beef was underwhelming since it was reminiscent of cold cuts and not a proper roast. The carrots were not roasted enough and the pork belly was burnt on the skin. For the price it could have been better. They don’t have pink gin but instead grapefruit pink gin. All in all, one of the better pubs in wood green/bounds green.
It's been a while since my last visit and it's great to see the pub offering a wide range of well kept cask ales served in excellent condition. Their keg range is also impressive so you certainly won't be stuck for choice. Worth mentioning that beer list is very well curated with a variety of styles and strengths on offer. A cut above your average London chain pub that's for sure. Foamy cask on a summer's day sat outside , you just can't beat it. The location is convenient for a visit after a stroll around Alexander palace . Their efforts are certainly paying off as it was reassuringly busy. See you there next time for wonderful cask beer
Upscale, chic pub - beautiful British fare and lovingly selected brews on tap. There are no traditional cozy corners - it’s a bench and bare brick, wooden dining chair, black painted floors, industrial lighting and excellent art kind of spot. I’ve eaten here before and the food is gorgeous and seasonal. Pricey but not much more and it’s worth it. Nice touches and good taste all round. Beautiful soaps, moisturisers and candles in the ladies - even the hand sanitizer is a herbal pleasure to use. Lovely staff too. The only criticism is I do miss the comfy seating of a “proper pub”. None of the seating is cozy or comfy.
Although quite pricey, still one of the best places around for an amazing beer. They also offer some blankets to grab and sit on, on the other side of the road on a small field - such a great idea for a warm summer afternoon. I haven't tried much food, but the vegan burgers are spot on. Wonderful service.
