We stopped here every day when my mom and I visited London. We had never been and we were staying right down the street. We happened to go in and they made the best coffee I had ever tasted and were so friendly helping my mom with figuring out the coins and such because she had a bit of trouble. Lovely people and amazing coffee and food. This is a must-go destination whenever we visit now.
Fantastic ethical (not for profit) coffee shop just a few minutes minutes from the south bank (on the walk to the Imperial War Museum).

This is a fantastic coffee shop on my daily commute. Always smiling, excellent customer service - wonderful positive energy. Strong good coffee. Ethical products, bakery collaboration with a local social enterprise. Plugs to connect to, good layout for networking, meetings and working quietly on your laptop. What is not to love?
Great service and coffee! Having the library just up the stairs doesn't hurt either. 😉
Great little coffee shop and has a lot of different coffee options. They even had oat milk! The workers are awesome too!

Very pleasant atmosphere, good coffee and the best pastries around.
Stopped by as I was feeling cold and wanted to get a coffee but had the Bailey's hot chocolate instead which came with a gingerbread Angel. It was so delicious went back the next day with my mum and she also loved it. Place is clean and tidy, free WiFi and just a lively relaxed atmosphere.
Seriously lovely coffee shop. In Waterloo library. Very good food and coffee undoubtedly. Staff are very friendly and they donate their surplus food so no waste! Would recommend 100%, easy to find just 1 minute away from Lambeth North station.

A lovely cafe linked with the local library so you can grab a book to read. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. It’s cosy and not as noisy as other cafes. However it does closes slightly early.

Stopped by for a cup of tea which was very cheap and delicious.
Loved the sofas, they are comfy and add to the inviting vibe the place offers.
Highly recommended.
Staff were helpful and brought a drink over to the table. It's a great place to watch people go by as you work on your portable device that you can conveniently plug in behind your table.
