I think Starbucks has lost its way a bit. This branch is one of the exceptions. Friendly staff good coffee and clean toilet 🚻. Maybe because it's Chelsea and the clientele are a little posher.

I went in and got served by the lovely Gabi, the whole staff were very friendly and welcoming. They explained the drinks very well which is a rarity to find in other starbucks! Enjoyed my visit very much and would definitely recommend going again. It’s no wonder this is one of Harry Styles’ favourite starbucks!
