Banging burgers, very reasonable prices, friendly service, cosy ambience and plenty of board games to keep you entertained! Couldn't really fault the place much, we really enjoyed our evening out. Came specifically for the Strictly Vinyl event on Fridays which wasn't anything too special though still a nice touch; ended up really loving the burgers - that bourbon sauce is something else! The patty was also perfect, especially when combined with a brioche burger bun... The only reason why I am giving The Horatia 4* is because of the cocktails - the 2for1 offer with Strictly Vinyl tickets seems to only include a list of spritz-based cocktails. We tried a couple of them and unfortunately both had this sort of bitter kind of aftertaste; much preferred a good old glass of wine instead. But then again it was 2 for £10.50 which is pretty cheap for London standards, so defo not complaining here. Would recommend the place to anyone, looking for a tasty meal in a pub setting with plenty of board games!

Best pub in the area by miles. Lots of different beers. I’d prefer more cask ales and Czech style Pilseners than all the IPAs but it’s still great. There is always something going on, and the food is good. Best of all is the atmosphere and service. It is a bit brighter and airier than other pubs around here and it always feels like a good place to be. The Brazilian guy behind the bar is superb and the staff have only improved recently. The main bartenders really make the place for me.

A decent local. Big, so can normally get a table. Great selection of beer. Food depends on who they've got in the popup kitchen, but they've got a pretty good record at getting tasty but simple offerings in (Burgers, Bao, Tacos etc). Offers board games which is a good touch. Have cocktail menus, and negroni specials, but the staff seemed a bit unsure of how to make them. Shows sports on a big screen. Not a fancy joint, but the better for it.
