Best Chinese takeaway in Streatham by far. I ordered the tofu noodles with spring onion and ginger sauce. It tasted really delicious and I’m delighted to have eaten food that is full of luxury and love. Thanks for the dinner. Definitely recommend!
Excellent food equal if not better than the Chinese restaurants in the West end. Staff and manager are friendly and service is efficient. If you are in the mood for Chinese food and are in the area you cannot do better.
We have been going to Hungs for years, The food is very good but like restaurants it's best eaten freshly cooked and brought straight out to your plate...
Amazing food . Massive porsions on set menus for two . Amazing server who served us was really sweet and polite . After coming for 3 time in here , im never disappointed. Food is fresh and tasty as hell . Even being full i still tried to finish food as its just amazing .

The food is great, as is the service. I recommend the Sesame prawn toast, the Chilli Beef, the Peking Duck, and the Sweet and Sour Chicken. But sharing others', it's all great. Thank you.
Have been here a few times now with my Godparent and the food is tasty and made well. Service is good and what I like is the little hot plate they put on the table so your food stays warm.
Portions are good. I had the Meat Spring rolls which were tasty and accompanied with a side dish of Sweet Chilli Sauce which went down well. Then I had the Chicken Sweet and Sour with Chicken Noodles which was tasty and went down well.
Good service, polite and clean. Can't fault them. Godparent says he has been coming to this place for years and I know he wouldn't continue to visit if the food wasn't good so that is good.
What is nice is after the meal, they give you "hot" wet wipes to clean your hands as well as some fortune cookies which is a nice gesture at the end of the meal. Nice little place to support locally if you live within the area.
We had a nice meal at Hung's, and always appreciate the range of vegan options available (including mock meats such as vegan chicken, or vegan duck)! We ordered the seaweed, vegan chicken in curry sauce, vegetable fried rice and the vegetarian mock duck with ginger and onion. The food was good!
Great food, welcoming staff. Mum's birthday meal for 11 was 💯. Not a hungry diner left. See you again 👌
Good flavour and quality ingredients. Service was decent and they made an effort to bring our dishes out quicker after we'd told them we were in a rush to make our movie after dinner. However, portion size was smaller than expected. Would give it another go when it's less busy.
Food is always tasty and on time....writing the review because last night we ordered a little off menu and the item was missing from the bag. When I rang to get a refund THEY DELIVERED IT TO THE HOUSE AT NO CHARGE! That's what I call customer service. Keep it up Hung's and we'll keep coming back 👍🏻
I hadn't ordered from Hung's ever before - i did eat in once, about 25 years ago and really enjoyed the food. So i ordered a few nights ago and i have to say i was really impressed with what was delivered. I had egg fried rice 👍, capital spare rib ( really very tasty) , fried tofu in oyster sauce, beef with ginger and spring onions and pak choi in oyster sauce too. What i liked best was that it was all freshly cooked and certainly not drowning in MSG / salt. The vegetable dish actually required some seasoning on arrival and i rate the restaurant for this, they clearly spend time and effort on getting things right, which is why they're still here after all this time.

Kid friendly, not a huge place but can accommodate large groups. Classic Chinese restaurant looks with real charm.
Does the best sweet and sour chicken I've had in London. Their egg fried rice is great too.
I've not had deliveries, I normally collect after I call to order and by the time I get there (10/15 mins) it's normally ready to go.
Recommended and has halal chicken for those looking for halal options.
