Gooseberry Bush - London - Photo album

Good tea (though I’d recommend asking for tea for two if you’re actually thirsty) and a tasty chocolate brownie. Nice little local cafe. Also serves salads, quiches etc and alcohol!
Family atmosphere, beautiful inside and lovely terrace to enjoy in a sunny day. They have very nice stuff to buy as a presents. Nice cakes, muffins and brownies. Sugar free and gluten free options. 100% recommended if you want to treat yourself.
Lovely cafe , went for a appointment at the therapy rooms above and enticed in by the lovely smell. Lovely veg options and glad I went in. Nice staff and relaxed atmosphere :)
Great atmosphere; superb range of teas. Very clean and rustic. Like it
Good coffee, amazing cake, great savoury dishes. A genuinely baby/child friendly cafe that takes real pride in the food they serve. While you can always get some old favourites like chocolate cake there's usually something a bit out there on the menu like mint choc chip cake or pimms and lemonade ca
Unwelcoming and rude staff. Snappy, impatient and blunt response from the lady that took my order. Not even a smile back when I said hello. I left the cafe before I even sat down because of the attitude that I was given. Don't waste your time going here, there are plenty of others on Kingston Road l
Classes above the cafe are a nice touch. Food is good enough, but then again there is practically no competition on this end of Kingston Road. The staff are however a miserable and unwelcoming bunch which is surprising given the so called family friendly atmosphere the cafe wishes to convey. Dropped
Zero atmosphere and rude chef. I ordered the lunch menu 10 minutes before the start, I asked if that was okay and was told it was fine. Then I have to hear the chef complaining about me...this was despite the fact it was very empty at the time i arrived. Following this I then have to wait 20 minute
