My favourite coffee shop hands down. Great staff, always friendly. I don't know all their names but Pinh makes great coffee, Molly is super friendly, knows what I want before I even say it + reminds me to scan my loyalty, Daniel is easy to talk to & Hakim(?) is always helpful too. Fatimay is always smiling and approachable

Nice place with great food. Breakfast are just amazing! Customer service professional and serve with smiles. Wioletta helped me with my choice. I do not regret her advise! I left the place with full belly and happy.
Look, it's a Gail's, so you know what you're getting. And in my book, that's a very good proposition indeed for a work day, though it could use a few more charge-points.
Shoutout to the buckets of tea and sweet goods. This one can get REALLY busy when the yummy-mummies and local students roll-in so fair warning. Staff always really efficient and friendly though, seem to enjoy being part of local area.
Absolutely love this place!! Gail's is such a wonderful place to be, especially in the morning. A fresh croissant with a cup of tea is just what you need to kick start your day with great energy. I would go there every single day, if possible! One of my most favourite places in Kentish town!

Nice place, clean good atmosphere, pastries are very delicious, coffee is good quality, I really enjoyed my breakfast.
Such a quaint little bakery on the corner of the road. Lovely ambience to just sit and sip your coffee while going through the days events in your head or just relaxing. Loved it. And their chai latte is always so good
Great selection of food on offer, the Egg Soufflé Cheddar and Spinach breakfast slider/ roll was delicious - would definitely recommend. The staff were very friendly and polite staff, look forward to visiting again soon!
Gail has certainly been busy opening new branches throughout the better neighbourhoods of the Capital. The KT version is satisfyingly large. And the scrambled eggs are A-OK.
I went to Gail's today on their 3rd day open in Kentish Town, having never been to a Gail's before and I loved it! Great service, yummy food, and nice atmosphere. I spotted some vegan and gluten free options, and a wide range of choice for food and drink.
Even when the cafe was really busy the staff were helpful, attentive, and lovely, especially the manager Claudia who made an excellent recommendation of the chai seed bowl (yum!). I can't wait to go back and try more!
