My first impression was not that good but after one hour just resting at the place the service was very nice and kind. Had a great ham and cheese croissant and had a good time reading a book and drinking my coffee. And to whoever made the playlist for the place, congrats, great taste!
Good professional and quick service. The coffee is really good. I like this as it is not too bitter or atrong it is a nice blend.
I tend now to stay away from the pastries as the peices are just far too high. 3.20 for a scone!!! Before i would always buy a scone or almond croissant but now i stick with coffee only.
The cafe is good, nicely spaced seats, good staff servixe. Even clearing the tables outside regularly.
The toilets are a little bit below the standard of the store. Overall the store itself is getting 'tired'. But the staff service and the quality of coffee means it still is worth visiting.

Whether you want something simple or hardier, this place offers bright seating inside and outdoor spots as well, perfect for people watching. If you absolutely can't start your day without coffee, you won't go wrong stopping in at Café Nero.
Really lovely and friendly staff. They deal efficiently with a queue that can go from 0 to 10 people in seconds. Coffee and food is consistently really good.
We came to this place because it was raining heavily. Coffee was good and aromatic. It was crowded but the place is nice and environment is ideal to get fix onyour coffee.
Early start, fortunate this opens early too.

A neat, clean, sleek, nicely laid out and spacious espresso room with friendly attentive staff that anyone would enjoy visiting.
Food and Service were great. The restaurant was overly packed so we had to resort to paper cups.
This is a bigger location compared to the Earl’s Court location which is cozy. I would recommend this location. I had a café latte Frapp. It was delicious. It’s a great place to relax and unwind.
