We came to sample the new evening menu and we were not disappointed, the whole family enjoyed their choices and the calamari was a triumph even with my fussy 7 year old! Dinner and a glass of wine accompanied by chilled music - just perfect for a summer evening!

This little treat is just away from the busy part of Shorditch .. The food and the vibe was fabulous. Well worth checking out.

We though we'd travel and try out this place & it was worth it! We came a lil late on Sunday and the kitchen was closed but the chef happily said he'll cook us up what we wanted! The Swedish meatballs were lush! The farmers breakfast was quality too! Our coffee and milkshakes was made to perfection! Place is very cosy, service was so friendly and accommodating! Will be back for more. Enjoy!

A lovely spot for breakfast in Hoxton. Staff are friendly, service fast and portions are really generous. I visited twice for breakfast in the same week and everything we ordered was lovely - the big bowl of granola was my favourite, simple and delicious.

We live 1 minute walk from here and had been going to another cafe as our local for months. We finally tried this place and safe to say our local has now changed. Great menu options, food tastes great and very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff also.

Very cozy and “fika” type of vibe, in this little cute, yellow café. Managed to get seated right away on a busy Saturday late morning. Really friendly staff and good vibes; the food was lovely and high quality. Had the shakshuka and my brunch partner had the eggs royale (benedict with smoked salmon). The royale especially was really good, with very fresh salmon and fluffy english muffins, plus the hollandaise sauce was not too overpowering. Cappuccinos on point too!

How joyful to find an independent cafe that is cosy and comfortable in a tucked away part of Hoxton/Shoreditch. The owner bakes all the cakes on sale; the carrot cake was moist with lots of walnuts. Walnuts are expensive so having a crunch in eat bite of cake indicates a generous chef. The slice was generous too. Coffee was hot. I hate lukewarm plant milk drinks thus hot coffee is another plus for me to come back to Curious Yellow Kafe and try lunch. Books on shelves to browse while enjoying your repast or sit in one of the comfortable window seats and watch that part of London travel by. Bill was £14.90.

Nice coffe place, I ate an avocado toast with poached eggs and it was delicious, a soy latte coffee and an orange juice. The service is good, the only thing that improved is the waiting time, my food arrived 40min later.

An incredible gem in London — I had my first English fry up and loved every single bite. The staff were all so lovely and one can tell the food is cooked and served with love! Definitely a must visit for very special food.

Really really amazing food. Had a lil monkey drink too which was perf. Got the meatballs.... IKEA who? They had a lingonberry jam which was thought provoking and I enjoyed it. They also put the mayonnaise in a little pot !

Excellent cafe /restaurant situated in trendy Hoxton. The ambiance definitely fits the area. Not large, with indoor and outdoor tables. Food ranged from full English breakfast to the veggie burger which was very tasty and you must try the homemade lemonade. The only downside is the amount of time you wait to get served as the kitchen are is small with about 2 people cooking, but if you're not in a hurry it's well worth the wait.

The only sandwich left was the aubergine goats cheese toastie — and it was banging 10/10 would eat again 😁

Popped here after a Google search for brunch. WOW seriously the best poached eggs on toast EVER! The fry up was really good too I kept stealing my friends beans 😂 Definitely coming back the menu has a variety but not too much choice that you get lost and the sweet stuff looks amazing. On my list to try next time 😍

Cute place, nice atmosphere and vibes, friendly staff, good coffee, decent prices. What more does one need from their local? The food is delicious, they serve some classics plus some more creative flavours. Last time I tried their grilled sandwiches and their pancakes and both were delicious. Outdoor seating is lovely when the sun shines! Need to go there more often.
