In my opinion the best of the various brands available in London. Just love their coffee. Also provides free wifi through The Cloud so some patrons are using their seats for the better part of the day.
Standard Nero, similar to others. Mix of chairs, sofas as well as small and large tables. Good enough to get some online work done with coffee on the side or have a quick meeting. Few power sockets and wifi is also available. Service is adequate, no students lingering around.
My favorite Caffe Nero in London. The store has a good design with lots of seats. The coffee quality is better than other big name such as Starbucks or Costa. All the staffs are very friendly. Always recommend it to my friends.
Amazing cozy place. Coffee is not that great. Will come again.
I tried this roasted veg salad as a main dish. Wasn't very impressed , it misses something to add a more interesting flavour ..maybe a dressing..it was bad though and the portion was good.
Amazing staff and coffee. Also the food is nice so whenever I have a break I come here to get the best macchiato and some food.
Coffee was good and staff were very friendly, just would like to see some of the chairs change as they were very dirty and old looking. I had to find another chair to change with as it was just too dirty to site on. But again overall, really nice coffee and atmosphere in this place. 5 star for the staff as they could not do enough to make you feel comfortable *****
Best coffee place in London !!! Cosy and too good
Strong smooth coffees, however their croissants wish to be fresher. Reasonably priced. Efficient & helpful service. Cosy ambience & lovely decor with exposed brick walls & comfy chairs. Plenty of seating inside.
As branches of cafe Nero go this a relatively spacious one with ample and varied seating as well as generally friendly staff and the usual array of food and drinks. The large table is the middle is a bit out of place (I doubt parties big enough to fill it go for a coffee together very often) but it can easily accommodate multiple smaller groups at either end.
It is a lovely spacious Nero branch that offers a good selection of seats and it is very easy to either meet friends or work on your laptop.
The coffee ☕ is always well made and the staff is always friendly and helpful. However I feel that they are overwhelmed with the number if customers because the tables are not always clean.
The are points to charge your mobile phone or your computer.
The only drawback is that there isnonly one toilet and the queues are long.
Nice space with a variety of seating from large tables to small two-person booths. Large enough that you don't feel the rush of people at the counter once you're sat down. Staff were bright and friendly even though we came in 20 minutes before closing. Usual range of drinks and snacks and everything seemed clean and tidy.
Lovely friendly staff. Beverage better than Starbucks with lots of treats and lots of seating area to unwind have a chat or work on your laptop. I still think Costa beverage is the best but nothing beats Caffe Nero customer service.
Nice clean Caffe Nero close to the British Museum. Staff were friendly. Coffee was good, as always. A lot of comfortable seating area inside. Perfect for a quick pit stop or afternoon break.
Another friendly branch of the Caf.Nero franchise..smiley Italian young staff, prompt service, clean. On this occassion, in an effort to welcome clients, the door was left open..which encouraged a hungry, lonely pigeon inside! Everyone ignored it, but I decided to bring my pigeon- hearding skills to the rescue, and skilfully, but cautiously, saw it out the door..only for it to return again after a few minutes. At least some of the people enjoying their coffees saw the funny side of this, and the staff also thanked me for trying!
