The Oval Tandoori will forever be in my heart because me and my boyfriend had some great memories there. Their food was authentic and unpretentious and the vibe was chill and welcoming. The manager was great as well, once we ordered takeout and he delivered it personally to us, was a great man! Im so gutted that they closed down, they were a cultural landmark of the neighbourhood. Food was great. I normally order takeaways from The Oval Tandoori on Just Eat, but I'd strongly recommend coming into the actual restaurant for the excellent atmosphere and friendly service.

My Partner and I have been using this restaurant for years never disappointed. I have allergies and feel confident even with a takeaway. Looking forward to another treat last was New Year 👍🏾👍🏼

Serves Cobra on tap, lovely mixed grill starters, vindaloo is on point although the lamb is tough. Overall a very nice local Curry House!

Time and time again I've walked past the door to this place. Almost always to find it too empty to go in. Until recently... When I had a craving for a curry and took the plunge into the tone warp that is the Oval Tandoori. My expectations were not sky high, so I was presently surprised. My Jalfrezi was tasty as was my bread. The only thing that I'd advise would be to stay clear of the draft beer.

Meal for 1 is the most cost effective meal in London! Would heavily recommend eating at the restaurant because their fresh naan bread is incredibly delicious.
