Kente Coffee Shop - London - Photo album

Very sweet local cafe. George, the gentle owner, is always here ready to serve you while classical music plays from his little radio. Opens until later than most cafes in London. Prices are cheap. A hidden little gem! Hard to find places like this nowadays. Strongly recommend.
Really nice coffee shop with a warm welcoming atmosphere and great coffee and hot chocolate, I would definitely choose to come here over other places in the area. Very affordable and friendly customer service
Amazing coffee! Unfortunately George's card machine was working very slowly in the morning so he told us it's OK but we never got charged in the end! Definitely coming back to drink more coffee and pay our initial bill :)
Call me old fashioned but the simplicity of the way in which you can feel welcomed, calm, relaxed, fed and watered is done best in the way that George serves everyone at Kente Coffee Shop in Sydenham High Street. Great little place to visit where time slows down nicely.
Always enjoy popping in for a coffee. The ambience is lovely, and the service is excellent. Great prices too! A nice alternative to another artisan coffee shop or chain
Really lovely coffee! I am really particular and hate coffees that are overly milky. The coffees were perfect, if I was local I would be back everyday 🤣 nice vibes to and lovely artwork on the walls. Also proper fresh orange juice that was amazing!
Beautiful place with lots of lovely natural light. Coffee and cherry pie was amazing. I will surely come back.
Excellent coffee and sandwich. Interesting artwork. Definitely worth a visit.
I like to drop into Kente to have a friendly chat with the owner and a great cup of coffee. Relaxed atmosphere whether you are arriving to do work on your laptop or you are a small community group taking a break for a drink and a bite to eat you are always welcome.
A friendly place, run with simplicity and compassion. Great coffee. Not the quickest at serving a sandwich but delivered with love. This place feels like a community and that is indeed rare these days. Bravo!
