Food and drinks were good, service was decent, but the toilets were disgusting. They smelled terrible and had 2 pieces of graffiti. I'd recommend using Victoria Station's toilets instead when visiting.

It's become a sort of tradition to come to this Nero whenever I'm in London. It's always had nice vibes but today especially, the girl with the Sussex(?) accent and glasses was particularly lovely and as always the coffee and snacks are 👌✨

It's a good place to have a coffe and cake coming from the bus stops.
I'm a regular customer for the commute, the morning barista (Italian chap?) is super polite and makes a great coffee, my experience of the staff later in the day is a bit mixed.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I stopped in and had a quick frappe that was delicious and purchased a sparkling water. I asked for a glass with ice as I wanted to water colder and the staff was very happy to oblige.
