A far better option than Wholefoods in Stoke Newington (with its gentrified bias, security who follow blakc customers around the store as if they are not welcome and middle class metropolitan snob staff). The Grocery is far more down to earth, better pricing and friendly and helpful staff. D

Nice, if slightly expensive, grocery store with decent selection of organic foods. Leaving a review for the wine store though which has an excellent range, especially around the ~£13-20 mark. The women who work the wine store are really nice and give good advice

I've been using the grocery for probably 5 years and I don't even live in the area. Its the mixture of fabulous goods on the shelves and dedicated inviting staff that keeps me coming back again and again.
A find! In what is mostly a pretty dull and drab street this is a find! Staying at a hotel locally (a whole other story) I found this little gem. Wonderful fresh veg, groceries, wines, nice toiletries and a little café where you can take a glass of wine and some cheese in the evening or great coffee
Well it depends , the grocery is split into a fair few sections and I have only as of yet to frequent three of them:
-The Actual Grocery: fantastic, genuinely the best supermarket in the world. The staff wont bother you unless you want to be bothered. The stock is sublime, genuine the best selection
