Bizim Charcoal Turkish Restaurant

I have been coming here for well over a year now and have tried a range of the menu items. They serve all major Turkish dishes and they’re all lovely, and most importantly at great prices. You enjoy yourself with a nice simple meal and no service charge or fancyness. I recommend their lamb shish, iskender kebab, lamb sarma beyti , wings, and doner kebab. The staff are friendly and greet you when you come in, there was one waitress who used to be quite annoying and constantly hover over our heads but they seem to have replaced her thankfully which makes the experience so much better. One thing to note is that they only accept cash, which can sometimes be inconvenient. In addition to the decent prices, you also get free starters that you’d get in a fancy Turkish restaurant including big salad, bread, cacik, and hummus. Overall, in the time I’ve been coming here regularly, the quality of the food is consistent 98% of the time and you get a good experience out of it. Walked in to this place without a booking, although the tables were rather close together but the staff were all wearing masks It is set out like a kebab shop with seating inside but very well decorated. The food here was traditional Turkish food with a very good variety. I ordered a Iskender Kebab which came sizzling hot, the meat was very tender and the mixture of the tomato, yoghurt and butter made it an great combination of hot cold and buttery that was truly great. The food was exceptionally good. The service was very prompt and accommodating Would I return.. definitely would All the food served was halal
