This is my staple whenever I fail to bring lunch. It's (relatively) cheap and cheerful given that you're in Westminster.
They do a reasonable selection of hot meals, sushi and nigiri. They also have a loyalty scheme that gives free meals after a certain number of purchases.
There are a few stools in the window and a table outside so expect to takeaway. Service is fast and friendly.
