We used Madeleine's Cake Boutique for our wedding cake in August 2020, with the reception held at Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond. Patience could not have been more helpful or accommodating and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. The cake was exactly as requested. Our guests all commented on how delicious it was and there were quite a few people who went for seconds! We would definitely recommend using Patience and her team again and, in fact, asked her to make my sisters 30th birthday cake recently (which was also gone in seconds!). 5/5 stars. Wow, what an amazing cake Patience and Monika created for my wedding last weekend! I asked for a wind in the willows themed cake and provide some ideas and photos and here is what they made. It was a real show stopper with everyone commenting on it, the three different layers tasted fantastic too! Thank you both, I couldn’t have asked for better.

I searched the web looking for a very special cake for my husband's 60th birthday party. I had a specific design idea in mind and I wanted it to be fabulous. After a lot of searching I eventually settled on Madeleine's Cake Boutique which is 80 miles away from where I live in Salisbury. On the day I went to collect the cake I did wonder if I had made the right decision as I set off on an hour and a half journey to East Sheen. My doubts were immediately put to rest when I first saw the shop and the most beautiful cakes in the window. I knew then I'd made the right decision! The cake itself was stunning. The taste of it sublime! The entire experience from the moment I fist contacted Madeleine's cake Boutique to the point of collection was smooth, efficient, friendly and professional. If you need a beautiful cake, for a special person for a special celebration you can;t go wrong with this company.

Thanks a million to Lisa and her team 😊 My husband and I had a bit of a cake disaster the day before our wedding. Lisa and her team managed to make a beautiful semi naked cake for us in less than 24 hours - she was so kind and helpful when my Mum and bridesmaid dashed in last minute asking for help! And the cake itself was just amazing - it looked and tasted the best and was a real hit with everyone. Plus it was a real centre point for the day. As I have said to Lisa, my husband and I cannot thank her enough. I would recommend Madeleine's and Lisa to anyone. Hope to be back giving our custom again very soon. xx

I have designed and ordered my daughters birthday cakes as well as Easter and Christmas cakes from Madeleine's. All delivered to time, looking amazing and simply delicious. From start to end the team are professional, kind and fun to work with. Not only do their cakes look fantastic but they taste amazing. I also love that they use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. My 7 year old daughter has attended the cookery classes run by the team and enjoyed them hugely. Continuing to put all that training to good use at home. She even cleans up. We are unable walk past without my 2 year old daughter requesting a slice of our beloved Chocolate Guinness Cake. A lovely place to enjoy a pot of tea and slice of cake.
