The food is okay, the service is too slow. The sauces are good but not as spicy as they say.

Food was tasty. Service was basically non-existent. They made you order through your own phone which made it very complicated. Free refill on drinks and a lot of sauce choices. Would probarly not recommend for tourist eating nandos for the first time.

Group of 17, 15 teenagers and 2 adults visited at 3pm on Saturday 17 June. Tables put together so the kids could sit altogether. Excellent service from manager and staff. Order came promptly and was correct - no missing items despite the very large order. Food was hot and tasty. Thank you very much!!

For a first timer a lot of things where not really well explained at all. After getting seated and handed a menu to look though you are for emediatly demanded to go to the counter to order there if you got an allergy. After doing walking over I'm send back for not knowing my table number.
Once finally orderd and paid before hand I got a singular glas handed and pointed to a drinks station. After asking for a nother glass I for my sister sitting and waiting at our table as well I got interest looks back and simply ignored.
At least the woman serving us was really friendly and knew how to help.
Once our food arrived the sauce we ordered did not come with our food. After awkwardly asking and looking around how other people got their sauces, we ourselves went to the little servers niche next to the drink station for refills and got out sauce bottles.
Once trying to poor the sauce it really took quite a while untill you got enough on your food. Might be because they want people to not over poor and need to refill it less. But how slow this was truly despicable. At some point just put the bottle on its side to slowly drip on my plate, because shaking the bottle would just be unnecessary work for how slow it was.
Tldr. Food was good but service for first timers could have been a lot beter.

The food is AMAZING - it’s so flavorful and it makes your senses tingle in the best way possible 😊 they offer a bunch of level for spicy-ness so everyone can find something that suits their tastebuds. I especially recommend the chicken liver, it was the best i ever had!!
The only down side was the waiting time, we waited for almost an hour, though we’ll definitely come by again

Visit in the evening so nice to get a table as a very popular restaurant. Had the burger option with peri peri chips, very tasty. Friendly staff. Can't go wrong with Nandos 😁👍

My American friends who’ve visited London, told me Nando’s was a must stop during my trip. They were right! I was very impressed with the flavors and spices of the chicken. The menu had alot of options to choose from and was well worth the money. I liked the varieties of sauces and sides. The chicken was well cooked and very moist. I hope they bring one of these to the states soon!
