This turquoise gem on Battersea Rise is a cool quirky local pub that doesn't try too hard. This place is vast yet because it's always so busy (and with warm lighting) it always feels quite cosy. A special mention must go to the homemade flavoured vodkas and the large variety of Gins & specialist beers on offer. This is a great place for a swift half, I haven't eaten there for a long time but when I did the food wasn't bad either.

A bit of an all-round great spot in Battersea, whether it be for a pub lunch or something substantial before a night out in groovy Clapham. In winter, it's a great spot to get stuck into their bloody mary's and while away a few hours with board games but it still manages to be quite airy and light in mid-summer.
For this particular outing, we're a group having dinner before heading to nearby Northcote Records for some boogying. I have the Earl Grey Gin with Fever Tree tonic and I love that Fever Tree Tonic (The Cristal of Tonic water) is served as standard. We then move onto the Prosecco and this is refreshingly good value for a bottle of fizz.
The menu is hard to choose between and between us, we have the Chicken Caesar salad, Cheeseburger and fries, Fish and chips and Southern fried chicken with coleslaw and chicken. My caesar salad is creamy and I love the anchovies on top and everyone else pronounces their meal a resounding success as well. We share a grilled mac and cheese and I don't know what the grilled portion but it comes with slow roasted tomatoes and is incredibly moreish.
The only fly in the ointment is having to go up to the bar to order, but that's because we're dining in the bar rather than the more staid upstairs area.
The live music was a nice touch on Friday evening, although was a bit too loud to have an easy conversation.
The ambience and food was great and the staff were pleasant.
You can scan a QR code at the table, which makes things easier if you’re sat upstairs.
Good food! Nice Drinks! I came with my gran and felt like they ignored us for a little bit despite waiting. A bar tender went to serve a couple who just arrived even though we were waiting. Luckily his collegue told him we were next. This is something yo be mindful of especially as it wasn’t busy.
We reserved the whole top floor for our engagement party & they goat could not have been a better location. Everyone had a great time and the staff were awesome! Thanks guys! ♥️
Great service. Great pub quiz on Mondays. Unfortunately was a bit quiet when we went but probably due to being a Monday after a heavy bank holiday for everyone. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I didn’t eat much but tried one of my friends chicken starters and it was delicious. Nice pub
Welcomed by Felicia one of the waitress’s who had a lovely smile and presence about her as soon as I walked in and not long after ordering was served a drink given by Eunice who made one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while, 10/10 for service and drinks well done girls! highly recommend.

I had a great time at this pub! Anna the bartender was friendly and accommodating, and even gave me a free drink when I accidentally spilled my pint, not something I would have ever expected in London! The atmosphere was so welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

What a great place. Eddie the Aussie bartender had us all in stitches laughing. He is hands down the most hilarious person I’ve ever been blessed to meet. Would love to know if that moustache of his is real though?

Recently just visited and the food was hot and tasty also the drinks were strong. I got apple pork belly and a strawberry daiquiri which I would recommend. Our server was a lovely woman called Eunice, she was extremely nice and patient. I would definitely go back!
Had an incredible eve with the gang! The alcohol worked very efficiently. The chairs were comfortable. We were very lucky to be served by Eduardo, who had what we like to call "strong moustache game". It wasn't even close, he carried the team, facial-hair-wise.
Eunice is the best cocktail maker! I did not even get the chance to tip her! My negroni has never tasted as good as she’s made it today. I will definitely be back !
Went to the goat the other night, had a really lovely time. Ed the Australian has to be the friendliest most handsome bartender I’ve ever met. This was accompanied by outstanding service. Will definitely be going back just for Ed
